Yep, no argument with anyone's reasoning. We all have different objectives, need cash at different times etc etc.
FWIW I sold out to invest short term elsewhere this morning, and its 12% up already so I'm happy!

Can anyone offer any help to explain why, when trying to sell, it often comes up as a negotiated order and doesn't let you sell immediately? I use the Halifax platform btw. I kinda get it when purchasing now and again, but don't understand why it happens on sales.

Might be right, might be wrong, but I'm out this morning.
Sold the rest of my holding for a total 54% profit in 4 weeks. Should have been more if I'd reacted earlier but not greedy, it is what it is. I never expected such a return in such a short time anyway so I'm de-stressing and leaving PMO for a while.
Decided last night that I do not want to be in over the weekend so bit the bullet and jumped.

Yep I knew you were short. Some of your observations have alerted me to consider things I had never even heard of. And likewise with other users of the board. I think some of the issue for a lot of people, and particularly one I wrestled with, was/is that quite a few are holding from low entry prices so don't necessarily want to sell out and lose the low entry point that they will be possibly never be available again. In the end after missing the absolute high, watching it drop a little, then raise again, i decided that I would accept the lower overall return by selling part of my stake, in order to settle my nerves. I can now happily watch it ride as I don't NEED to recoup my stake. I'm a novice at this anyway so don't want to get too ahead of myself! LOL

I sold enough at 49p to recoup my actual investment value, just leaving the profit in to let it ride,so generally ok, but not enjoying watching the slide obviously. I have to say, Ferret you appear to have a downside view but it is one i quite enjoy because I don't want to read just upside rose tinted views all the time, so it tempers my optimism!
The message I'm trying to say is that i think views from all perspectives are valuable and no one should dismiss a view out of hand, unless it is just someones hunch like '50p coming today' without any basis for that view.
Read between the lines, do your own reading & draw your own conclusions.

Try it. It reduces the stress and annoyance massively :-)
He/She continues to do it in order to wind everyone up and gets a kick from all the irritated comments from other users, imo.
My suggestion..don't respond. Use the filter. It's great!

No this is very old news re: RKH. Check before posting!
I used to hold shares in RKH and got burned unfortunately. This article is from around 2011 because that's around the last time the share price was anywhere near 300p (as referenced in the article). RKH shares are circa 8p today.

Where have you seen this news?

My view is that there is little of actual substance just yet that can actually add value to the company. Everything is in the pipeline but at this stage, it is in a sense still speculation. What I mean is....there is a chance , until proved otherwise with positive confirmations by the BOD, that the various projects may fail. Highly unlikely, but still possible. So there is as yet, not much i n the way of actual guaranteed earnings. That is my view only. If anyone has a a better view then I'm happy to be corrected. There is always something to learn!

I'm wondering if this new R&D agreement may indicate that some of the other projects are reaching a conclusion results wise, in order for resources to be allocated to the new work? Thus indicating we may be getting closer to a bigger announcement on those other projects perhaps?

Dufry, I'm with you there. If £1 is achieved then I'll be more than happy!! I've got 118,000 of these at 6.5p ave. £1 would be incredible...however it depends on whether that was from just one breakthrough or all that we are looking for. That could be just the tip of the iceberg!!

Yes I am beginning to think 50p may be reached today, given that Brent seems to have pushed out through the $41 mark and is holding at the mo. I regretted not slicing some profit on the big surge we had just over a week ago so I'm seriously considering this time. In at 28.9p.

I've been reading the board for a while (reading between the lines!) but registered i ordet to filter the 'noise' ;-)
I don't pretend to be anything other than a novice (but with common sense and an analytical brain!). Currently invested in PMO and RDSB . Brent price going well today and PMO bringing a smile to most faces so far, but does anyone have any opinion regarding what may happen when the US markets open in 45mins?
