Just a heads up to anyone using Halifax sharedealing.

I have just cast my vote for the EGM using their chat service via the website. Only took 10mins, but worth noting for anyone that has not done it yet, that they told me tomorrow is their cut off for processing the votes for account holders so if you intend to vote, get on it today or tomorrow at the absolute latest!

Doesn't particularly sound like they are looking to do a discounted placing - unless it is absolutely forced upon them. So this comment encourages me greatly.

Not going to lie, the past few days have given me some worries for my investment, but thinking logically away from some of the crazy and self serving comments posted here.....LTH's are invested into this company for the potential hundreds of millions in MCAP (or even billions - some way off yes , but this is the high risk potential of pharma).

We are nowhere near that so its all to play for.

If you need your money in the next few weeks then yes, you have a problem, but if you are playing the long game then remember we are looking for the product progress that provides the exponential growth, and with clinical trials about to start we are on the cusp of that process beginning now.

With this type of investment, I'm not waiting for 15-20million MCAP to double or even triple.....if any of our products produce the right data we head for the stars.

What happens to the deferred shares? It says they are not tradeable so I'm guessing we won't be able to sell them?

Very rare post from me. I've been in Hemo for over 4 years now, and still cannot fathom why we no longer not show up on the riser leaderboard on this LSE platform.

Wouldn't surprise me if the CH lift RNS arrived this week. This news could have been strategically released today, to establish a higher SP on which the release the HEMO go clinical news. Hope so.

Regardless, todays RNS was great news and just makes HEMO ever more appealing at some point, to a major pharma. Been holding here now for almost 4years and like many LTH's, it's been a tough ride, but I continue to hold and add when I can as there are good times ahead I'm sure.

If HEMO have actually applied for a Bio Defense grant then this may be helpful to all genuine investors.
If this is the correct fund that relates to the one being discussed in a few threads this morning then it's possible, if the same timelines are adhered to, that the grant awards may be announced circa April 10th to April 17th '23 based upon the timelines used for 2021 applications (deadline 4th Oct '21 - awarded 11th April 2022).

If this were the case then an RNS advising of plans would be applicable. Not suspension. Similarily, pretty inconceivable in current world conditions to be listing on Moex.
"NOMAD resigning"
Not possible. The suspension RNS gives the NOMAD as point of contact for any queries. So clearly they have not resigned. If they had, this would be RNS'd without suspension. Suspension would then only apply if BOD failed to appoint a new one in 30 days.
"Sanctions" etc. There have been no new sanctions announced recently. If there were any that affect the company, they would advise via RNS. Look at POG etc. They advised this via RNS, with no suspension.

Agreed this has been disastrous. Thankfully the pipeline is still there and I am relieved that this CLN saga is at an end , BUT, (and it is a big BUT) expectations now need to be severely revised.
It's all very well for those with available funds to shout 'average down' but there are plenty of regular people who just can't access further funds at the moment. There is no bottomless pit for anyone.
To those of you taking advantage of the low entry, a genuine good for you, but please be respectful of the many decent LTH's that are suffering through this mess created by Vlad and the board. Would love to know how the finance director is holding his job at the moment!!
