I didn't notice at the bottom of the AGM statement on 20th Nov the Bod stated in 'Notes to Editors' : "The BOD of the Company is well aware of the apparent discord expressed by certain shareholders regarding the RNS dated 28 October 2015 referring to Resolution X at today's AGM. For the sake of clarification the subject Performance shares were already issued and thus their issuance is entirely non-dilutionary. Furthermore, their accelerated conversion was at the behest of the Company's advisers and Independant Board Director and not the Individuals themselves. Additionally it has been suggested by certain shareholders that there was a "hidden" profits warning which is not the case. Indeed, it is the BOD's position that this is entirely a red herring on account of the view that the value of the Company, it's underlying assets and the operational profits of those assets remains the same. As a small company and more pertinently a rapidly growing embryonic company the P and L of the company in its growth phase will have little to no relevance on the value of the business during this time." ------------------------------------------ "Company's Advisers and Independent Board director requested the change so the bonus shares could be issued" - otherwise they would never have been able to meet the qualifying criteria through no-one's fault. Pity how the bad sentiment created by mis-understanding of the accounting procedures and screams of 'moving the goalposts' have dragged this share down by over 50% over 3 months. Sentiment means such a lot in the world of shares. Are you saying they need to still RNS the actual issuance of the shares to the 2 Directors - thought that had happened? More contract news would be very useful now to show life post EIS funding.

Well it would be fantastic if one was a newbie and bought in at these prices. However, as you say 'buy when everyone else is fearful' - I've just got another 19,880 @ 4.98p. Must be going through on ISDX but my data is 30 mins delayed. I am now officially over-exposed and am going to be very wealthy or very poor very soon (as are both my daughters, but the wife doesn't want to know !)

Was wondering that myself - However, unfortunately, it is dead for pi holders. This is set for de-listing from Aim soon, shareholders may not get bought out @ 0.32p when delisted or thereafter,and although the company judging by today's financing is going to continue, it is without value to anyone except the 9.4billion shareholder who own 97.16% of the company. IMO

How this is suddenly Up 2.7% eludes me. Just suddenly seemed to Up the Ask at the bell so the Mid is now higher than yesterday when in reality it's drifted a bit more today. Anyway, any time in the next 2 weeks or it's not-so-happy Chinese New Year.

Tom winnifrith in his 'Bearcast' today is gloating we are down and keeps banging on about 'pigs in the trough' and 'moving the goalposts' and asking the Bod to retrace all the actions that have allowed them to qualify for their 50m X 2 bonus shares. Would be nice but personally I understand why they needed to change the rules and I think it's fair. But why bang on about it now - it's months ago and anyone intrigued by the investment case here has just got to accept what has happened and get on with it.

Well, I've just got a few more @ 4.69p. I like your Mgmt statement, OLI, that would be very reassuring. Don't think there's sufficient reason to Suspend trading though, Alligin. IMO the mm's have wanted to drum up trade and hardly anyone's buying much - therefore dropping the sp over these last months gets the ball rolling as far as they are concerned.

Very little volume the last week or two = dropping on nothing. Will rise as soon as there's good news.

Thanks for info again. Remember back when we had the last fund raise in Dec '14 it was @ 15p but raised cash at a good premium : "The Placing Price represents a premium of 27.7 per cent, to the closing price of 11.75p per share on 17 December 2014." This raised just over $5m and also issued about 22m warrants exercisable @ 15p. These warrants were issued as a bonus to investors (Fasanara and Bod) not as a joke. I haven't noticed Fasanara now Labro reducing at all, they still have over 25% and about 20m warrants @ 15p. Let's look at it this way - it's an intolerable bore but Nothing is amiss. Therefore we will continue and very probably get a great JV with some Chinese co. The Bod and Labro can't get some deal for themselves and just shaft all the other shareholders. If the company does massive dilution @ say 3p or a complete sell-out @ say 7p, who's going to suffer most - Labro and the Bod. Can't be long now - I'm betting before Chinese New Year on Feb 8th.

Thanks for that info. Was it from Linda? The tone of the replies I've had has not been in the slightest ominous merely indicating bureaucratic delays. Have you been waiting 6 years? Think I'm only about 4-5 so far. Bit more volume than normal the last week - either pi's had enough or Blackrock still dumping a few when they can - or both. Chinese New Year - Monday 8th Feb and then the whole week is Golden Week Spring Festival - so think we can rule out that week for news.

Freudian slip "stragic update' - looks like tragic ! Be very pleased if you could share any reply from the company. Elsewhere, glad to see some haven't lost faith and see further opportunity at these prices. I feel certain that all will turn out well here and the sp has been simply manipulated down by a combination of mm's wanting to drum up trade (and their only way has been to drop the price); perhaps Blackrock still selling their remainder (which surely can't be a big holding any longer); our major ii Labro having it's hands tied. See where you're coming from multiplying all those trades x price but who knows could be several pi's. Don't think it's any ii activity as they seem to work the other way with round-figure share amounts. The mgmt must be wondering what they have to say. A fine announcement of a Chinese expansion and the sp perhaps would have been better if they had had no news, made no headway.

Welcome to CGH and to LSE. It's a good place to share views on your favourites. Bit less busy than it used to be as quite a few have flown to Twitter but I think the way that is so unstructured may bring people back one day. Bit lrss busy on here as it's been a waiting game for so long but as you say 'any day now'.

It is mind-blowingly tedious I know but we have had the minor update in the Sep Interims and Linda has replied to me twice since then indicating zero problems just regulatory sign-off delays. I'm certainly not going to wait all these years to give up now. The Bod haven't bought any shares(or sold any) for ages here but perhaps their hands are tied with surely all the news on their table if not ours. Labro are prevented from buying unless they wish to purchase the whole shebang, so that leaves us the PI's. Perhaps no other ii is interested other than linked to our Chinese companies and perhaps no-one wishes to show their hands by purchasing a few percent (i.e. over 3%), or perhaps no-one wants us :( Dekel did say on September 28: "With the continued interest of potential joint venture partners and outright purchasers, pending the delivery of the DFS, these are indeed exciting times for one of the largest and best undeveloped deposits in the world." ------------------------------------------ Excitement mounting - lol. Surely at these all-time lows, the shares are extremely attractive - if anyone could be bothered. It'll all come out in the wash and it's just coming to the end of the 'spin cycle' !

Looks all set to conclude with Mgmt of Moroccan Minerals Ltd MML virtually holding the required consent percentage anyway. Perhaps the dog will come to life and start barking.

Looks flat for the last 6 months, so that's not now hurting. Volume pretty thin still today even if larger than usual. Perhaps a 'trading Update' due soon, by mid-Feb at latest. Utilico Emerging Markets Limited buying in December looks promising. Perhaps just due a rebound from 'oversold' - 'Receivables' the key but improving we hear. Long way back to 2-year IPO level - 72p wasn't it?

Think the 'concert party' question has now been answered. They weren't one when they made the purchases of shares but are one now. Therefore, there is no compulsion for takeover - this has been signed off unfortunately and so no chance of a 9p takeover. However, this move to take 51% of the shares and now act in concert makes a Default of change of control to the Bondholders. So, we were thinking of issuing warrants to the Bondholders to rectify this 'change of control' event - but have not done so yet. This seems a very drastic and highly diluting act. However, as these warrants are priced @ 5.375p perhaps they will tend to boost our sp if they are exercised? Certainly 5.375p is 38.5% higher than our current 3.88p price. Surely having Allenby on the case should ensure no complete foul play? India price drifting back 3% today, just for interest. They should produce their 3rd quarter results mid-Feb as well as news of the EGM surely coming soon. Can't keep doing 'due diligence' on a few folks for months and months - doesn't wash any more.

From memory Labro ex.Wilshire Fasanara must have an average share price of over 12p so they won't want to be selling outright for anything below 15p - 20p. Their attitude - they surely are linked up with our mgmt now with such a large holding of over 25% and have known where our future lies for a long time IMO. We all seem to think JV but there are 2 other alternatives - raise the finance to start the project on our own (no-one wants this), or takeover - Dekel's and everyone's favourite if given a choice.
