It seems like financing is not a problem for PPG and the biggest issue seems simply to be sentiment. If we get more publicity and more vocal 'high rollers' on board, sentiment and the sp will improve rapidly. Meanwhile, we just sit on a goldmine (well not literally like quite a few of my stocks just sitting there and not digging it up).

This reads good to me and fits in well to confirm : "No dilution ever". PPG CFO James Longley said, "We believe that the next important milestone for PPG is the delivery of non-dilutive financing..." So, funding being sorted out with serviceable debt and a Bond.

Alligin - what Tractor is saying is that an increase in people buying shares doesn't increase the shares in issue. A 'run on our shares' will not increase the shares in issue but will put the price up with sufficient demand. Only a placement to raise funds by Chaarat issuing more shares would lead to dilution. We might have to do this at some point but we haven't since Dec '14 when we issued over 22m shares @ 15p. A JV, if we got one, would probably result in dilution with further shares issued. An outright bid for our company would be divided by the shares in issue so, yes, it's good to keep the number down.

I think we've had potential suitors for a long time but that statement about 'group...raising funds' did sound pretty strong. Perhaps the market has ignored as they, like us, have heard of potential suitors being shown round the place before. L's email to me does imply though that it all must be very near (JV/Buyer) and some unpublished financially sensitive info is on Mgmt's table. Can't guess when we'll know but I reckon it'll surface with or very soon after official DFS sign-off.

Just been mulling over what info. I was given in my last communication with Chaarat that they are now in a 'closed Period'. Looking at Aim Rules, at this time, we can only be in a closed period for the following reason : "any other period when the AIM company is in possession of unpublished price sensitive information". So what can that unpublished info be? We've now published the final draft of the DFS and indicated "Chaarat now considers that further delay in publication of the results of the FS is not justified as the results are sufficiently certain." So that's all known. So surely the unpublished info must relate to financing, quite possibly a bid nearly on the table but needing the DFS sign-off. (Or some other big finance news). I think my Lady was trying to do me a big favour in dropping me the wink - anyway, I've got another 18,015 shares on this hunch.

And at least states talking to another possible Nomad - which seems the least they could do. Expect it to come back myself a) Because it should do, things usually bounce back and Allenby isn't the only fish in the sea; b) Because they are going to be in a terrible Bond default if they don't.

this Paternoster business. The option lapses for our 2 musketeers to Buy 10m more shares each @ 0.6p (for £120k combined) so why don't Paternoster Sell on the market or hold the shares for longer - maybe there's no market for 20m shares? So, now our 2 are given another 3 months to now stump up £150k for the same no. of shares. Reckon a few PI's on here would have stumped up £120k for shares at that initial price (0.6p). Very strange - presumably our '2' were strapped for cash recently and Paternoster are desperate to realise some of their gains. Beggars belief and, unfortunately, casts further clouds on what we are doing here with our financial shenanigans. Saying that, I suppose it's all personal business and they and Paternoster must have their own hidden agendas.

I don't think so. It looks like the last day of trading on Aim for a while until new Nomad appointed, surely there will be one within a month. Either way, the company will continue in some shape or form but whether shareholders can get anything may well be unlikely if thrown off Aim and Bondholders call 'Default'. I have everything crossed and cannot see the point in clawing back 50p or whatever my shares could return today.

According to TomW, the PR firm associated with GDP has been sending the following very, VERY encouraging email, ""They will be in London next week to discuss their soon to be released Interim Results, which will be going live on Monday morning. The results are really positive and reveal a return to profitability for the Company." If these results aren't out Monday before 8 am, there might be a spell to BUY confidently.

Yeah, well important and hope to get one by Tuesday 8 am or suspension. After that we have 1 month before more permanent suspension. All to play for and there's certainly enough players and Allenby and be off, don't like them. Someone will do it IF we want to stay on Aim and not do a Bond default.

Well perhaps that is the reason. Linda always plays her cards close to her chest and I was even surprised when I hinted it would be nice to see Director buying she replied they were in a Close Period. If this were completely routine like Results she probably would have replied but she hasn't. So, perhaps Dekel's fairly throwaway comment about Chinese sniffers raising funds might be the reason. hope so. See we've at least got back to 6p given the Pog has put about $80 X 4.7m or so on our value in the last few days - that's $376m or £260m !! ($80 rise in Pog X 4.7m oz)

This dirty business is going green, cleaning up our act and, presumably, giving better chances to our planning apps. Got to be a good move. Costs surely won't be significant as envisaged only operating each site around 120 hours a year and benefits including street cred greatly improved. Giving this a Strong Buy.
