Just spoke to Communications people 'B' and they are pretty sure (!) we won't get a Nomad (last day today!). Their contract too will terminate with DQE also with delisting. They stated that they cannot see the Requisitioners destroying the company along with their own value so are presuming they will do a deal with the Bondholders to stop the company defaulting on the Bond after the EGM. Looks like the EGM will happen and B suggested without a Nomad there was no overseeing body to say that the DD should be completed first. B. said he'd been to India and felt that the company was indeed very much a going concern and thriving. He felt the 'Nasdaq' listing was something that isn't being considered at the moment amidst all this controversy. Anyway, it looks like keep hold of your shares, await developments and one day the company may be able to relist somewhere. As we are in the same boat as the Requisitioners with 51%, perhaps we are not doomed.

Natlata state in their RNS they have shareholders interests at heart - so, is it Win - Win for us PI's ? it isn't usually - lol.

gone - no Holdings now. Who's got his? Spoke to Cairn and pointed out their bad maths which they found amusing but not worth another RNS. 3Legs could well be a bonus for Pires.

Alligin - good theory of 1000 shares a day except it's a leap year ! A new week - hopefully not another one for Dekel and co to disappoint us.

I think the post-consolidation price is not a definite thing. It should start that day X 250, but IMO the mm's can do what they want. Not sure how good the company is at Maths though : 0.02p X 250 should indicate a 5p share price. I would expect it to start at X 250, so 0.04p X 250 should indeed indicate a 10p start to trading. Maybe I'll ring the company about their Maths credibility on Monday, and thanks for pointing out this discrepancy to me (inadvertently).

Thanks for posting your conversation about DECC. The timescales seem to be : Responses to DECC by April 1st and then "Following the consultation, the Government will be looking to amend the Regulations and the Rules in time for the opening of the 2016 Capacity Market prequalification period." - not sure when that latter date might be but presumably a few months off. Where's that 3rd planning permission granted - any idea?

Reckon we'll get another Holdings RNS today - too much going on to not get one. That 70m could have been a Buy, difficult to tell.

Got a few more myself @ 0.0161p - surprising how many you can get with the price that low. Made sure to get my total divisable by 250 too, for consolidation purposes. Swixzz - he definitely is active again today or someone is - Volume yesterday 61m but Today already 219m. We normally average a little over 15m or so a day !

Clearly it was yesterday he bought, the RNS states 15th March.

No dilution ?!? After the consolidation at 250 : 1, we will be issuing loads of shares to raise capital for a future acquisition, probably an RTO. That will be severe dilution won't it? Anyway, good to see a Director buy today.

Hi there ! Not a lot happening but just looking back at all our March trades (doesn't take long ), there has been quite a few occasions of rapid selling rat-a-tat-tat. Not for big bucks but most of the trades look like Sells througout this month and yet the sp has been pretty static. One day we'll have some big news, taking so long though. Don't suppose anything can be done on the ground for another month or two with the Krygyz winter, but fairly soon we'll be wasting time if we don't get things moving.

Mostly these never go well - plenty more downside to drift into. Anyway, may as well hold to see if they can ever improve on this mess.

Certainly a few more quick trades going through. Jimzi - you're officially designated trade watcher/analyser - should you choose to accept it. Suppose it is illiquid but depends what size holdings we're talking about. Never having sold a Chaarat share I've not had any trouble. How do you spot a DMA buyer - presumably on L2? This sp has been stuck around this level for a while and probably won't shift much either way until funding, which IMO will come simultaneously with the DFS or v.soon after. When I say funding, think we'd all prefer a buyout and that will definitely not happen below 32p, probably more. Dibs - get hold of that Krygyz man if you can, we've never had anyone on the ground.

Thanks for info on $25m owed - are you hopeful for this in the coming months? I think everyone agrees with your thoughts on hopes for peace.
