Thanks for your analysis. It does seem that this consultation has probably prompted a bit of panic selling. As we are going to a clean Bio-diesel I think we are going to be very satisfactory on any enviromental issues. With regards the consultation on EIS funding, it does seem a very strange issue that smacks of perhaps someone feeling that it has not been an even playing field for them. The consultation will consider Q14 which I quoted earlier and any responses need to be submitted by April 1st. I think perhaps the EIS question relates to " avoiding cumulation of State aid" which comes from the Consultation Description : "DECC is seeking views on a number of changes to the electricity Capacity Market (CM), the way in which we ensure adequate electricity capacity is available in GB. This consultation builds on the October 2015 consultation and further learnings from the second Capacity Market Auction in December 2015. The consultation covers proposed changes on topics such as new build assurance, termination fees, avoiding cumulation of State aid, eligibility for Transitional Arrangements, prequalification timings and reviewing the Capacity Market Rules. It also covers proposals to introduce a supplementary capacity auction in 2016 for the delivery year 2017/2018." It would be good if someone could speak to the company to assess the possible impacts on our business. At the moment, obviously, a lot of things are simply just ideas floating around, but it would be interesting to know if PPG are going to make any submissions to the consultation process. Do you think this might be a good idea 'LowRisk' and are you free and able to volunteer, as clearly one with a good understanding here? Indeed DS21 : Q14 Would it be appropriate for a capacity provider that has benefitted under the EIS or VCT schemes and received capacity payments to have their capacity agreement terminated, capacity payments recovered and/or the imposition of a termination fee? Seems strange to be considering government incentives and legitimate EIS schemes, which have since Nov 30th 2015 stopped anyway.

Robbie from Buchanan sent me a copy of the document DQE is posting out to shareholders(not nominee account holders (like most people)). It has on the Agenda the motions to appoint 2 new directors and get rid of 2 existing directors. These are the only motions. There is also in the document discussion of 'the circumstances that have led to the mtg being called ' and 'the consequences of these motions being passed'. I am unable to post the pdf document here but am willing to email with an attachment anyone who wants me to. Leave me your email address. Don't think there is anything startlingly new in the document. It whinges on about Allenby failing to complete DD on one of the parties and hasn't even started the other. It also says it has 'no choice' but to call the EGM but that, should the new directors be appointed, no Nomad will probably touch us. This is all very strange to me. The timing of the EGM is after the Mar 23rd Nomad deadline for more permanent suspension. How can DD take so many months? Surely Allenby should have concluded that a Director had failed DD. This whole DD thing seemed always like a delaying tactic but apparently no Nomad will now touch us with a bargepole because of it. Robbie said Buchanan are meeting with DQE tomorrow to discuss further developments.

It seems the journalist did not read our announcement since we explained that we are working on optimising the DFS CAPEX. We also stated that: “As previously reported it is not viable to try and finance the development of the whole Project, so we continue to explore production and sale strategies.” We would never attempt to finance the whole project at once. A larger company with access to funds may be able to achieve this, particularly in the context of the Chinese government encouraging investment in China and its vicinity (what is called the one road one belt strategy). Numis has made the following comment: “Thus some good progress on cost optimisation with Chaarat’s AISC coming in at bottom quartile against global gold peers (average c.$975/oz) and demonstrating that despite the large entry capex, the project looks to have a healthy margin once up and running. …… Chaarat is in the process of securing quotes for key items which it believes will lead to a reduction in capex vs NERIN estimates. Further upside exists from improve met recoveries and Inferred Resources. All in all a decent result for Chaarat, delivered against considerable challenges. The low opex is key, as this metric is normally the harder factor to trim and optimise than capex.” ------------------------------------------------------------------------- So, she seems very confident the mine will be built and we will not take long to cut that NERIN Capex figure.

Spoke to Robbie at Buchanan and he is chasing the company about making the EGM Agenda more available to all shareholders particularly those with Nominee accounts. He anyway confirmed that appointing 2 directors and getting rid of 2 including Rashida were on the Agenda. He also confirmed the company are making every effort to appoint a Nomad and are not just going to let this stock slide off Aim. He seemed confident they would appoint one. Think you're right on both those points - a more permanent suspension on Mar 23 if no Nomad and can't see why a 'listing' would effect an EGM taking place. Being listed really is just an aside for the company.

Just looked in to see your thoughts. I've just taken my pittance and really can't see much ever happening for PI's. The big RNS stated they might well leave Aim and basically go private. Apparently, they do not have to buy out all shareholders so one might be left holding an untradeable asset. If they do buy everyone out I believe it will be at 0.32p. Anyway, good luck to you, I probably won't look in again until a serious RNS comes out or somehow the sp gets moving north.

Yes, Dekel was rightly piqued by the high Capex and has basically said it is wrong because quotes they've actually had are about 50% lower. Plus he is thinking that we will not go the full hog straight away and therefore investor's cash is not tied up for years waiting for return. So, John Cornford may know his onions in a general sense, but reckon he doesn't know Chaarat as well as we do. I hope that is not just my rose-coloured spectacles tinting things. I've copied the article to Linda to see if she or Dekel wish to make any further comment.

EGM will take place at the end of March. However, can't yet find the Agenda so have asked Buchanan to call me back.

I suppose we're drifting up on the strength of Gold. I am so looking forward to being in the Black on here - just need to reach 10.77p. We could, repeat could, just drift up to that sort of level without any news as 'No news' is so common here. On the other hand, what are those Chinese guys playing at? Can't they read, sign their name or just get out a big rubber stamp?

Bazza - where did you find that Bid/Ask data from yesterday? How long back are you going to see 193m Buys @ 7p? Think you might have a decimal place out there somewhere. Our average daily volume of trades for the last month is 284k.

Taken the plunge and netted after dealing costs £21.88. Now that's a pretty poor return on my last £1000 that I had invested in Caza. I always though it strange that the Board kept borrowing and borrowing to fund expansion after expansion to one day bring home the bacon. Well, it never came and don't think this company will be paying salaries to our Big Boys much longer. Vernony - I was wrong, it's worse. Talara now own 95.3% of the company and our illustrious board have seen it right that they should own 2%. That leaves 2.7% of the company for everyone else to scrap over. Anyway, sorry it's worked out this way and I did make some money a few times out of Caza but it all went back at the death.

We seem to be settling around 7p area at the moment. For me it's that old conundrum of : I'm now about 30% Down, but need a 50% Rise to break even. Mr Carlos - don't give anyone any idea of 'taking profit' - but as you say, some people are in profit. Alligin - no probs. Was surprised to hear Dekel seems to have changed his mind on the surface now because he always did want to Sell. Perhaps he thinks we can't get an offer from here sufficient for him to realise a significant profit as I think his average is fairly high, perhaps over 30p. Still think when we get the DFS sign-off we'll get at the same time or within a few days, an Outright Offer or JV.

Vernony - I haven't got rid of my shares and last time I looked they were worth about £25. That may have now risen to £35 and that is getting tempting. On the cataclysmic RNS a few weeks back, we were told we might get bought out for 0.32p before or after delisting. But on the whole, Vernony, I realise, unfortunately, it's all gone here. We can hope, we can pray but it's all been diluted away. Top-of-my-head, we only have about 7.5% of the company left, don't we?
