I’m here for the long haul so monthly swings don’t bother me as have overall confidence here, especially in the Therapeutics division, but there again I don’t hold 1% which would change my trading strategy !

Smart investor if sold out substantially before the SP fall ( to buy back later ) otherwise could be looking at several million paper loss with circa 1% holding. If caught napping , well that tells a different story ! As always best dyor.

Agree, as most Chairmen I’ve met only ever liked spending Company money ! , but suspect like many he sees a decent return within a reasonable short timeframe.

Little point in throwing valuation figures about at this stage, but you do know how small Paraytec are and thus reliant on external research, which to date has delivered little , other than promises. Remember in July 2018 the Company raised £4m via an equity raise ( that Braveheart didn’t wish to subscribe to ...theres confidence for you ! ) basically to fund its Bladder Cancer test, now spun off into Sentinel Medical Ltd, that Prof. Carl Smythe was also working on and apparently still is. ( clarity on Patent/ IP ownership may be relevant here ). The AD scanner project merely highlights that not all good ideas come to fruition.Perhaps the one certainty here is that TB is pretty clever in spending others money , the other being your valuation is somewhat wide of the mark !

Agree Brent stability at $70-75 from now on would be excellent for ENQ. Wasn’t long ago we were all praying for it to break $50 ! Biden needed to ask but his request will soon be forgotten. OPEC will be smiling !

Many CEO’s run Company’s as their own. Shareholders are a necessary pain in the proverbial once you’re taken what you need from them, and will only keep Shareholders sweet thereafter as insurance. AS has clearly tried to spin the positives out, but has fallen short due in large part due to others performance and under a Government out of its depth and found not fit for purpose, for which we are all paying the price !

Suspect he’ll take most of August off & why not, the guys achieved a great deal for his Company this year. OK the SP reflects many delays and investor frustration and seems unlikely to retest recent highs without dramatic news, which may now not be forthcoming for sometime. Certainly those relying upon the UK to bail them out are likely to be disappointed. One to hold and forget for a good six months.

Think many of us would buy more on any SP collapse ( provided it wasn’t Company specific ! ) as VLX has engineered itself into the right sectors at the right time under Nats leadership. Will be interesting to see how he eventually monetises his own investment !

I would hope the UK use what little influence it has on the Global stage via COP 26 to highlight best practice and leadership including controlled Oil E&P in its own backyard. These issues
are of such significance that it’s no longer acceptable to bury head in sand and declare it’s no longer our problem, for in a utopian world you would surely want full control.

The Governments North Sea Transition Paper highlighted the risk of taking actions that may force relocation of production (and therefore carbon leakage) abroad and reduced investment in a strategic UK industry. That was said in March, will be interesting to see if those words have real intent when faced with its next major decision !

You will be aware of IEA’s April 2021 Report “ Global coal demand in 2021 was forecast to rise 4.5% year on year, approaching its 2014 peak and not likely to flatten out until 2025. Over 80% of the growth would be concentrated in Asia, China alone accounting for over 50% of the increase in coal burn “. Huge investment is still ongoing in Australia as they see what their close neighbours are doing ! Merely
highlights the time scales involved here before we see any appreciable reduction in fossil fuel demand. Oil investors don’t need to worry as yet.
