Guess from the early days most didn’t expect they’d end up with shares in a pure Clinical Trials risk, that’s eats cash daily and is shunned by most investors who’d first prefer to see how such Trials can be funded to fruition, even if that means buying into a rising stock. As one without power for 10 hrs yesterday, it was interesting to see every major Supermarket whose car parks are covered with Solar Panels, immediately close their doors. Not the most comforting sight.

Seems Sidara has WG by the short & curlies, given those Debt Modifications need to be agreed by 30/4 and are likely only going to be given on the promise Sidara inject their $450m which only happens if they proceed with an Offer. Thus they can simply now play hard ball and allow a Waiver breach implosion, that the SP would seem to indicate may happen. Nearly crunch time !

This saga reminds me of Petrofac, Revenue & Order Book backlog in $billions yet caught up in Financial Restucturing hence Mkt Cap circa £30m & SP below 6p. Those caught up there clearly didn’t interrogate the Balance Sheet when the SP was in triple digits.

It is to be hoped that your Board have made progress on alternative refinancing options, as it would seem that is the route now expected.

Always a worry when Marshall Wace are on the Opposing side, they clearly expect Sidara to pull a fast one with 35p now a distant memory for them.

Because it was only a conditional offer, thus seems the Mkt feels Sidara may offer a lower confirmed bid & get away with it.

Non binding with pre conditions, and Sidara now know the BoD’s position. Personally would expect any Final Offer to now be lower, fair play to Sidara.

Given Trump is now boasting about how he has reduced Oil Prices I can’t imagine he really gives two hoots about a few casualties, more importantly he’ll be replenishing their Strategic Reserves to gain more credits. In a few months time all could be quite different.

Unfortunately none of these enlightened Commentators are in the Government that only yesterday confirmed they wish to win the race to Net Zero. Of course that result is highly questionable given Miliband is placing much reliance on Fusion Energy having gifted £20m to a Fusion Inv. fund last week being part of £410m allocated on trying to make the science work.

Recessionary fears are hitting OP and until we see more clarity on how these Tariffs are really
