BV. If you recall MHRA clinical trial approval for AVA was early in’21, to be greeted with much fanfare and words like ‘transformational’ from AS, so this was already attracting much focus and will have added to any valuation around that time. The point being this Market remains highly cynical of any clinical trial until proof of concept is delivered, and as an investor the market remains the final arbiter of valve on any given day, irrespective of how you, me or anyone else feels it’s currently undervalued. The SD, that gushed with impressive data, merely proved that point and whilst we hope this delivers within a reasonable time frame, I’m not protective of the Company, nor does it take a commanding position in my portfolio.

First patient dosed in the AVA 6000 P1 Trial : 11th August 2021, Share Price then was 125p . Two years and numerous positive updates later, yet we’re 15% down. You can argue the science all day long but to date you can’t argue the investment case. Tomorrow may be different, we hope so !

Well I’m declaring this another ‘good day’ if your buyer. Whilst none of us know what the future holds, investing comes down to research and trusting in own judgement. Helps of course if you can just write off any investment without concern but equally can enjoy its success. Oh and Peak Oil demand is still years away !

Apre. these BB’s survive on discord and likely LSE will find your source of annoyance isn’t binned by anyone, contrary to their outpourings. Indeed I enjoy reading the counter arguments for what they are, so probably best just ‘bite your lip’ otherwise you run the risk of seemingly being equally concerned of where the SP sits. Most investing here realise the risks and rewards involved hence probably don’t bother engaging any longer. GL.

And let’s not forget WTI currently trades above $80, which is somewhat more relevant than the hourly SP moves here , so all remains good !

My earlier request went unanswered so did my own digging and now found the full T&C’s of that EPO. The EPO ( Order 1779) as reported in the ZG Gazette was awarded to Zulu Lithium ( Private ) Ltd. for 3 years expiring March ‘24 but that will require upgrading to a Full Mining Lease, if not done so already. If still outstanding that could now take some bargaining (!) but there is so much smoke surrounding this co., in particular the Financials, that I’ve seen enough to realise none of it will disappear when the monsoon season kicks in next month. Feel GR just lets you know the bare min. here so I won’t be investing. Seen enough !

I’m curious, the Zulu Exclusive Prospecting Order expires March 2024. yet I can’t find copy of its full T&C’s that were promised at the time. Given the political situation / cash constraints here, they may be relevant. Anyone seen a copy or know if an extension was agreed ?

Seems the Market is just focusing on the post tax loss of $8m due in part to the EPL, against last years same period profit of $984m. Overall still impressive though.

@eazy. You ask “what’s our M.Cap ? £30m” . Well compared to many other Stocks it’s somewhat out of kilter !. Just take this BB’s most commented share - Premier African Minerals that sits with a near £100m Cap , and is on life support. If anyone can convince me these two valuation shouldn’t be reversed, I’m all ears. We’ll get there though.

Well the JV(LOI) was signed over a month ago now so we’re into the time zone when an announcement could be made any day. Personally hope won’t be for another few weeks to allow adjustment of M.Cap. but who knows.

I see Ithaca’s H1 Result’s today are starting to show the impact EPL is having , together with this warning “ In the meantime, until the fiscal regime is improved, as a direct result of the Energy Profits Levy, investment across our operated and non-operated portfolio has and will reduce, including the deferral and cancellation of certain 2023 and 2024 projects, impacting medium-term production outlook, with production in 2024 expected to be lower than 2023 levels”.

The SP reacted accordingly. Question is are the Government listening or even bothered !

Guess most will be aware that the annual Central Bank Conference in Jackson Hole, Wyoming begins later this week, with the worlds media in attendance. I’m sure Art. must have a Company Flag he could plant in the Hotel foyer to raise awareness and get us a few more investors . Would do it myself but all spare cash now tied up somewhere.

Would be good to have a few positive days like today before any ,and hopefully positive , JV news arrives so we can be propelled from a much higher base.

Was expecting some pull back today, didn’t happen so bought again anyway (8.59…350k) and will continue drip adding up to 10p, and then reassess. The Assets / Prod. profile v Market Cap. remains out of sync.on what we know. Then you add in the potential JV. As always DYOR.

“Uninvestible”….well i guess if you don’t generate any revenue for a complete year that’s probably not an unfair description. Question now is why the hold up in offloading the ‘black sand’ given they were in advanced negotiations some time ago plus of course the ‘Sale’ that’s been ongoing for years. So not an investment…more a game of Russian Roulette with loaded chamber !

Guess you could say that every evening…”who wants to be out”. Reality is many just won’t be interested or have any real understanding of the Company, plenty of Day Traders just playing momentum for a few hundred a time. Frustrating for Investors having to watch this daily farce, but it ain’t going to change so we just have to accept it.

Little surprise THG is hurting like so many of the favourite Retail stocks, there is a general exodus of funds being withdrawn from the UK Market, as money is required elsewhere. This coupled with the cold winds from Beijing and the signs of any uptick could still be a long way off, just check whose now Shorting the Markets !

Well you can’t say this Share isn’t teaching some about the vagaries of Trading but perhaps more importantly the hidden valve still existing within the Oil Industry . What an interesting few days .
