A degree of Herd Mentality will exist here, but for others GB’s involvement is a major positive who will be happy to ride out any SP weakness when it comes and would expect that shortly !

@wyn....I don’t underestimate the technical challenges faced here and the efforts all must be making to try and deliver what is so urgently needed. Information precluded by NDA’s is fine but they can’t silence a Company. There are so many stage developments involved here many of which we’re unsure about, which is proving the frustration. Thankfully the SP is currently holding firm which provides some grace. I would just like to think that the numerous technicians involved here aren’t enjoying too long a privileged position !!

.....all this guessing which could easily be overcome with a short update to Shareholders, given it was now 2 months ago ‘substantial progress’ had been made.
Companies tend to like giving out positive progress ....so what’s going on ?

Very impressive results and quite some turnaround within 12 months. This will attract new investors with little sign of current trading being curtailed anytime soon.

whether the SFO will eventually slap on a Fine. Talk was of circa $400m being a
likely figure pre covid which would hurt. Personally can’t see the SFO letting them off the hook without some pain given the years they’re spent on this. Still remains a gamble with this cloud hanging over them !

Fairly obvious which way this would go which the Market had already sussed. Just remains to be seem what damage to their reputation this has done....suspect very little, but they may wish to modify some of their Advertisements !

Personally would prefer them to waive any TU and just get on with Prelim Results for YE 31/12. Currently this is all about whether the Diagnostics Div. can deliver ...the financials can’t be looking great but that’s somewhat irreverent, unless DD fail and then we have an issue !

And let’s not forget we now have an excellent CEO who’s well versed in dealing with
issues, that others may consider problems . In 6 months time HUR could be looking quite different, one now to tuck away !

M.Cap under £60m looks a bit of a bargain right now !

Unfortunately it seems Jon Deeks has been sidelined for telling the Government what it doesn’t want to hear. Headlines are all about achieving volume testing not the accuracy thereof.....but nevertheless surprised if re-branding is being undertaken as can only be to hide origin. Just hope no one now tries to claim achievement of sovereignty as well !

So I guess we can all relax as a few more months slippage shouldn’t be of concern
whilst a market exists. That said I’ll like to see some Revenue soon as our Development Costs must be escalating !

@vegas.....a decent rhetoric question but the AVA 6000 programme offers a good safety net here that over time could repay investors handsomely, provided you’re prepared for quite a wait in the absence of a buy-out. As for the SP can’t see that increasing if the diagnostics division let us down !

Would be surprised if validation of the TT wasn’t first announced as that really would be a major hurdle overcome to enable final clinical trails finally being undertaken.

Perhaps that should read “ Stay Long and Accumulate “ as every chance GB will take this Company on a rewarding journey with lots already to be excited about !

Don’t mind patience if eventually it’s rewarded. Problem for many is whilst waiting your Capital is tied up, and this forces many back into Trading.
AVCT has potential on many fronts although much is dependant upon clinical verification which takes time....months if not years. Can’t see many holders sitting that out, with an indifferent SP performance, if they are unable to achieve a Gold Standard COVID test. Plenty of opportunities elsewhere for ones cash for the impatient. Personally happy to sit this one out as its well balanced elsewhere.

Wouldn’t worry about potential NDA’s, just to remind ourselves this was within the RNS 6 weeks ago. The likelihood is we are still some way off delivery as this to me didn’t suggest we as yet have cracked the problem !

Yes the Chinese are masters at flooding any market with what it believes it needs and known to ensure first quality inspection batches are to a higher spec. Efficacy and Product Recall aren’t of any consequence to them ( try suing them ! ) .....they don’t play by Western rules but in a world where price, volume and disposability is often sought it’s no surprise they beat everyone else !

Yes wouldn’t get to hung up on Earnings/ Mkt Cap just yet, albeit proof of ‘21 Revenue being on target / exceeded will be needed to see SP move significantly higher. As already said, plenty of examples where Mkt Caps have all but been ignored ....try Rev £20m ...MCap £2.2bn !! ( CWR )
