MM I'd say it would be removed if we continue to fail to find buyers or otherwise fail to continue trading.. they've got to have some sort of capacity to protect themselves especially in as uncertain a climate as current.

The sheer fact that they've issued a waiver as opposed to pressing to take it to court strongly suggests they are inside as it stands.

Just had a check back to October when the initial buyback started, they've bought back ~115m shares so far. A good start but some way to go before it starts impacting dividends materially.

Inflation and pressure on consumer spending is the watchout here, though they historically navigate these spells well when they happen.

I'm in for about £2.3k, at just over 2p, enough that I'd be a bit f'd off if it went to zero, but not enough that it would start having a material impact on me outside my investment account.

But the rewards if they do get through this would start to become noticeable.

Coulda, shoulda, woulda is a frequent mantra of share trading. Hindsight is 20/20 and all that, if we could all correctly predict the future we would all be extremely wealthy by now.

I share the disappointment here, this was one I had high hopes for this year, yet it seems destined to be a bottom drawer job for now. That being said I'm not selling any as I still feel this will come good eventually.

Not defaulted as of now. Been unable to repay a loan due to circumstances beyond our control ie sanctions. POG has the money to pay but physically can't, big difference to not having the money and not paying.

Seen that buybacks are commencing, £750m to spend. Some useful inormation re buybacks and the rules regarding them in the RNS, I know there are often questions around buybacks and what a co (not just TSCO) can and can't do with them.

I would say that there were a lot of forces outside Labour's control (ie global banking crisis) that were a factor in the state of public for Nance's at that time.

The most spectacular bit, if there is a Conservative defeat at the next election, would be the sheer fact of them losing given their dominant performance in 2019.
