Island, one of the board's responsibilities is to deliver value for shareholders. Misinformation in the market about a placing hurts that.

A defensively written post, very different tone to your usual. You sound a bit rattled now you know the company's watching/ possibly investigating. You've certainly posted plenty of incorrect figures about the company in the past designed to mislead, all evident in a simple search of your posting history. I'd be worried too.

Seek it's the only company you've ever posted about in 2+ years membership. Every single post negative. Very strange to have no casual interest in any other company at all. You're clearly targeting Zephyr for whatever reason. Ultimately though this is a quality outfit and business, I'm content that sooner or later fair value will be realised. Hopefully the company will be able to successfully pursue the offenders if any rules/laws have been broken.

You have to think the board will be considering refocussing their attention on the US public markets. It's a US company, there's too much toxicity on AIM. Liquidity has completely evaporated and valuations are generally a lot fairer over there.

Womo there will be a detailed update later this week/early next with the interims.

With liquidity so thin at the moment it's amazing how big an effect a couple of troublemakers on a bulletin board can have. Speculation started immediately after the production test, you could see the share price go into reverse which of course had a snowball effect with nervous PI's and the wide spreads. Lots of ground to make up now.

It's times like this you have to just re read the RNS's and remind yourself of the hugely encouraging facts and be content that at some point fir value will be realised. Average broker ratings are 15p+ just on the data the company has already gained about the Paradox, let alone its potential.

I'm not a holder of BOOM or AVCT, just interested to hear your logic after reading your posts. Yes a close above the 200 day would be bullish.

You're right Setanta, completely managed, who cares if it's illegal, it's AIM. And I've never seen such a tight looking chart. Excellent job.

Such insidious deramping, trying to masquerade with some air of legitimacy. Carefully working out all worst case scenarios, and downsides, carefully packaging them all together and presenting them as facts whilst heavily discounting or just plainly ignoring any upside scenarios. Sadly it seems to be working.

Aldebaran I've seen you post about avoiding stocks below their 200 SMA, buying uptrends etc. Sound advice but I wonder why you've discarded that for AVCT? The 200 day is acting as strong resistance and descending - surely too early to be uber bullish?

Actually scrap that, they will be valued based on a rolling average estimate. Though a higher oil price won't hurt appetite for a deal.

With oil prices down here (and many analysts seeming to think this is or very near bottom) I would support Zephyr doing as much solo groundwork/development as possible before arriving at a deal by which time we'll likely be able to value the assets much more favourably.

If you consider positioning, we had a good washout immediately after the first results and another washout of all the new positons taken Friday. There haven't been sellers at this level and there aren't many traders left at higher levels looking to exit. Coupled with major progress made this feels a good base to build higher, hopefully more steadily. It's the big gaps on open that have been incentising trading behaviour. Looks like we'll get the interim financials and probably a bit of a business update end of next week.
