One thing i'm certain of, current and past management of SAV do things properly, in fact much of the shareholder frustration over the years can be attributed to trying to do everything by the book and NOT cutting corners. I certainly trust Dale implicitly and had the pleasure to meet (via remote link) Emanuel last week, a highly impressive individual who seems to be on the same wavelength as shareholders. I also remember well the frustration that David Archer had in Oman and Mozambique, there's nothing to worry about regarding integrity as far as SAV goes in my opinion.
Savannah Resources Plc notes the actions taken today in the country led by the Public Prosecutor's Office of the Central Investigation and Criminal Action Department (DCIAP). According to DCIAP these actions were taken to investigate facts related to:
· A project for a hydrogen energy production plant in Sines
· The data centre construction project developed in the Sines Industrial and Logistics Zone
· Lithium exploitation concessions 'in the Romano (Montalegre) and do Barroso (Boticas)'
As part of these actions Savannah confirms that investigating officials attended certain business locations in Portugal today. Savannah cooperated fully with the investigating officials and the Company will continue to do so. Neither Savannah nor any of its directors or employees are targets of the investigation (termed as "arguidos" in Portuguese).
The Company confirms that its work at the Barroso Lithium Project is continuing unencumbered while DCIAP's investigation is ongoing. The Project's Mining Lease, issued in 2006, remains in good standing and Savannah has and always will conduct its business in a fully lawful and transparent manner.
Savannah will make further announcements relating to DCIAP's investigation as appropriate.
BelgianBerk sharing their intimate knowledge of the markets again, what would we do without these insights.
1/ He’s only just joined as a non executive director.
2/ We have zero knowledge of a persons finances, it’s nobodies business how an individual spreads their assets.
3/ The only reason we know he’s bought is because it has to be communicated when a director buys.
4/ I’ve seen people posting on here that they hold a few hundred quids worth of shares and then start slating management, it’s pathetic, grow up.
5/ Ever thought he might have other significant investments in stocks or property, he might not, we don’t know so shut up.
6/ How many on here criticising have a spare few grand to chuck in ? Again grow up.
I think it's been obvious for a while that this TO story was false, looked like it could be legit originally but then when the SP failed to react that said it all, even the ramping baboons and traders didn't move in and try and push the narrative lol
Current negotiaitions are to some extent irrelevant until the resource upgrade is completed, i'm sure there's plenty of offers and we're holding all the cards in an extended game of poker, come back and make us a proper offer when you see how much we've increased the resource attitude is in play here is my guess.
It is stated very clearly, they have the legal right to access for 30 years from 2006 but wish to compensate local land owners rather than just using the legal position to use it.
Don't start all your nonsense again, there's too many people invested here with bigger brains that will put you in your place.
Stop digging, you're making yourself look stupid.
For a start his consortium paid £2.5bn

"One objective price tag range for Chelsea, using a respected valuation tool known as the Markham Multivariate Model (MMM), is between £1.25bn and £1.5bn"
