Quick update, we won't be feeding into the Lusorecursos refinery, we will be going for / getting our own. This must mean heavy involvement by Galp and possibly others, certainly some EU funding.
We are the stand out project, Lusorecursos doesn't come close.
My point is that it appears this will be the refinery that miners/offtake partners will feed into. Surely they can't justify the cost for their own exclusive use ? Lot's of talk about collaborative working in the summit.
I have asked if Galp were still intending to convert their old oil refinery in Lexios at todays summit, an interesting answer regarding a refinery.
"Lusorecursos intends to implement in Mina do Romano project a Refinery in Montalegre, that is a region nearby Spain, more or less 15-25km far away from the boarder"

Re: Moz
Will undoubtedly get spun off in my opinion. A listing on a more mining friendly index such as NASDAQ or ASX as a separate entity is a distinct possibility in my opinion, watch this space. Could be worth a significant sum in cash if for example an IPO was conducted on the spin off, anyone want to hazard a guess at the value ?
Sorry i'm not with you ? What's labour cost in China got to do with shipping it there from Portugal ? We mine, we sell 50% to what is now a local offtake partner. We just need an offtake deal for the other 50% now which is imminent in my opinion.
So there you have it, straight from the VW horses mouth.
3rd battery factory to be built in Spain, Portugal or France, all within very easy reach of our mine ;-)
We haven't even heard from BMW, Mercedes or any of the French manufacturers yet.
“You will find there is a ‘sold out’ sign on every operating mine at the moment. There will be some bad moments in the coming years where there will be a shortage of lithium production,” said Savannah Resources (LON: SAV) CEO David Archer in a Wall Street Journal. “The whole dynamic has completely changed,” adding that he doesn’t expect things to change anytime soon.

Well I dropped my target from 30p to 20p following the Oman debacle and the extra dilution, however if all goes according to plan with MDB and we can dispose of Moz for a good price I would see no reason why we can't get to 30p+
