Same, I deposited £5k split between ISA (3) and normal account (2). Just tried £3k and wouldn’t deal. I strongly believe for every one of the bigger sells that is going through, another II is buying them up

oldtramp et al - Anyone think the delayed trades we’ve had over the last couple of weeks are an II offloading? I’m now hesitant of buying at 25p as we could go even lower

oldtramp - you’ve been a busy Googler today! Cracking finds and very informative articles. SAE has so many avenues to explore - I was slightly blinkered with the Uskmouth project as that to me is the transformational part of SAE on a global scale! However, I absolutely love the tidal concept and what they are striving to achieve in Scotland with the MeyGen project. A data centre powered solely by tidal energy is such a fantastic idea. As for GEG, I haven’t looked into them but there is certainly something there to be further researched. Unfortunately, the way the CFD rounds are bid for, tidal energy will never be chosen over wind until they put tidal as a separate definition for the technology category bid. Do you know if other counties have similar bidding processes? Then again, SAE are involved in the wind sector also so we have all our bases covered

Impatience setting in for some I think. Maybe chancing their luck elsewhere before buying back in or taking the gamble that it'll fall lower here and then rebuying?. I'm personally not going to risk selling to chance making a few more shares back at a lower price. Too much news to come at any time for me to chance that kind of strategy. It is frustrating though when you look at hindsight and see that you 'could' have traded

Hopefully missed my top up opportunity if yesterday was the low before a new rise. Although only 5% up from yesterday I would begrudge paying 28p now when I could have had 26.3 first this morning, ha!

Odd that the article is from today but the news is nearly 3 years old?! Wonder if it’s making local tabloids again in preparation for some updated development?

I seldom ‘top up’ on a share after my initial investment but I may have to here if it drops much further. I’ve had to average down on a fair few but I hate buying in at a higher price than my original purchase. I’ll be keeping an even closer eye and may have to transfer some funds so at least it’s ready to be utilised.....

Indeed I do. Nothing has negatively changed since I invested at 13p to change my stance here. Although I’m down on paper from the perspective of my balance when 30p was reached last week I’m still in a very comfortable position. I have a feeling the walk down is to gather shares as opposed to the sells creating the drop; there’s just not enough to justify it imo. We have had a substantial change in daily volume the last few weeks and a lot of delayed trades of significant value. Many different entry points by Private Investors who were looking to day trade are probably the majority of the recent sells, again, imo of course. I don’t have L2 so I don’t know where the support levels lie both up or down form this point - can anyone shed some light?
