I feel Zenova missed a massive opportunity to promote their business whilst at the same time instilling some confidence in current and future investors. Why give an extension of 3 months? I appreciate that paying 19p to subscribe for 6.5m shares when current SP is circa 40% lower isn’t good business sense for Amati but a deal should have been struck here where Zenova could have agreed a proportion of shares to be subscribed for now at 19p and the remainder extended for 3 months. That way, both parties are showing commitment. Amati could walk away in 3 months without subscribing for any more shares and have lost nothing
Devil et al - as I think most of us are aware, there is very little info on ZED in the public domain! Each avenue of research doesn't seem to go very deep before reaching the base source of the initial media coverage. That said, sooner or later I believe we will get a steadier flow of updates as further supply and distribution contracts are formed and then news of actual quantitative orders and revenue stream from Australia (very quiet?), USA (Omnis - good website coverage of Zenova), European (most recent orders being shipped) and the UK (most recent supply and distribution partner). Whilst on the subject of the UK supplier - Beyond Surface Solutions (BS Supplies Ltd) - here is a bit more info about them:
Company website: https://beyondsurfacesolutions.co.uk/
Their page update for Zenova partnership: https://beyondsurfacesolutions.co.uk/weve-joined-forces-with-fire-protection-thermal-insulating-coatings-company-zenova-group-plc/
More info: BSS are part of the EGUCHI IWAO Group due to EGUCHI buying International Applications shareholding of BSS (https://www.international-applications.com/NewsDetail/18) and (https://beyondsurfacesolutions.co.uk/were-partnered-with-eguchi-iwao/)
Surely this gives ZED great exposure to the Far East customer base - another string to their bow and perhaps explain why BSS was chosen over other paint suppliers and distributors?

Lonely, yes :(
Directors can't trade between closing of the financial period (30 Nov 2021) and the reporting to the market of that information
OHS
I have an expectation of some time in May. This is based on their stated financial year end being 30 Nov 2022 and the requirement to have results filed within 6 months of this date:
"The Group’s year-end is the 30th of November. The Directors are not anticipating material revenues in the period from Admission to the current financial year end. During this period the Group anticipates that it will be placing orders with its manufacturing partners for delivery of product to end clients towards the end of the current financial year and in the new financial year. The significant majority of the revenues derived in the first full year following Admission will occur in the financial year ended 30 November 2022."

good to see Omnis really pushing Zenova's products:

Question for the Zenova team (assuming you read this BB) - why has there been no similar media coverage in Australia when that contract was RNS'd back in November last year?
OHS
Morning ZEDers! Looks like Omnis put out some media coverage back end of last month as I’m finding the same article on a number of sites:

No probs Spin. I'd really like to find something similar from Australia, seeing as that contract was RNS'd back in November and also mentioned in the IPO admission document, but nothing found so far
OHS
It was 15.7 to buy, back end of last week so we know it doesn’t take much change in volume to move the SP. Edging ever closer to Final Results…..
OHS
Spread tightening. 14.04/14.4 live
Looks like (hopefully) the word of Zenova's products and contracts is spreading and investors are taking their position. Some nice chunky buys have gone through in the last week with 2 x 131,000 trades last Monday, a 60,000 and 45,000 on Thursday, another 100,000 on Friday and now a 118,000 today. Very nice to see! Onwards creep back up to the placing price should be on the cards if the trend continues and hopefully much more to come with each new contract win and news update! Looking forward to seeing further developments here in the very near term
OHS
Now this would be a very nice partnership collaboration:

Cracking end to the week with some nice volumes beginning to appear. More of the same next week please - seems the show on Thursday was a success from the social media updates I’ve seen and hopefully some more contracts to follow in the near term
OHS
Devil - certainly building up (hopefully very nicely) to results in May. Would have preferred to see some volume figures of how much they have produced for this particular customer. Also noticed that the logistics company in Zenova's tweet picture is Austrian - Unterer Logistics. Can we therefore make a logical assumption that customer is in Austria? They have stated that they have customers lined up in 4 European countries, with Austria being one of them:
RNS 24th Nov 21 - "The three-year contract, which commences on 1 January 2022, is with a Spanish company that will become an Authorised Distributor of Zenova products and will promote and sell them to its clients in Spain, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Its clients include a German business that is a leading international specialist in the production of ready-to-use high-tech coatings, and has an established salesforce, warehousing and distribution infrastructure."
Could simply be coincidence though and just happen to be using an Austrian freight company.....

Shocking mate!! Just makes the (expected) rise so much sweeter when results come out imo! Surely they've had some orders by now?? Distribution agreements and supplier chains set up in UK, USA, Europe and Australia but only one contract RNS'd?? Come on ZED, show us some fruit of your (supposed) labour!!
OHS
May have to average down soon......results due in May so I'm reluctant to do so now as that's a good few weeks away and if trend continues, a better opportunity may present itself?
There's been a constant 25,000 seller I've noticed but yesterday saw a couple at 50,000+ and now one today at 12p for 60,000. May be same seller but no TR1 yet? Obviously not too fussed at the loss they're making at these prices...... it's certainly un-nerving to see how easily the mm drops the price on these low volumes but until we see some actual results and revenue, can't see how it will rise? Last 6 months of positive RNSs have done nothing but drop the SP!!! Madness
