Si - The supply to the MSC Leandra will be over a two-test regime for each fuel, initially a 1,000 mt proof-of-concept test followed by a 25,000 mt operational test. Validated performance of the fuel will be followed by a commercial supply.

Could be that TOMCO are awaiting the outcome of the hearing on the 24/05/23 for the proposed Huff & Puff steam injection oil recovery before they commit to purchasing the remaining 90%. As it is at their sole discretion to do so, the delay seems to be from their part - either because they don't want to (yet) or can't raise the funds (yet)?

DofN - whether, hypothetically, OCP is the Moroccan customer or it is indeed someone else, I don't recall reading anywhere what the MSAR/bioMSAR would actually be used for? QED obviously haven't stated otherwise it could allude to who the customer was but considering they've been doing extensive trials with Wartsila, can we assume its to provide their fuel for generating capacity? If the customer is OCP, how are you assuming the thermal energy required for the drying process of either phosphorus rock or phosphate based fertilisers , is provided by using MSAR/bioMSAR if it not to power the rotary kilns for example? Can you further explain what you mean by 'chemical energy like MSAR, bioMSAR etc....?/ Thanks, OHS
Hmmmmm, perhaps you may need to 'invest in knowledge' Nejc into what the Moroccan customer, if it is OCP Group (this has been alluded to on here), would be using the MSAR/BioMSAR for......

Not on Amazon as far as I can see - Can anyone add a link to the Amazon selling channel for this product? There’s an Amazon Choice one for £24.99 which gets a very good star rating so pushing theirs at £30 could meet some competition. I don’t really see the point in releasing an RNS that states ‘Following the production in the UK it is very encouraging that our sub-distributor has developed the platform on Amazon and is now selling our products via that channel’ but then not actually having the product available to buy on there? Also, £300k is an irrelevant figure as that’s the retail price on Amazon, not what revenue ZED will achieve from the order

HF14 - this is incorrect. The meeting will no longer include AC Oil’s docket as they have submitted a dismissal request. The next meeting is scheduled for May. See links on the TOM BB that I posted

Thy have now submitted a new request:

OHS
It's item 3:
3. Docket No. 2023-015 Cause No. 470-09 – In the matter of the Request for Agency Action of HEAVY SWEET OIL, LLC and AC OIL, LLC for an order establishing 40-acre or equivalent drilling and spacing units for the insitu production of heavy oil from sands within the Rimrock and Asphalt Ridge Deposits in Sections 22 and 23, Township 4 South, Range 20 East, Uintah County, Utah.

Does this docket state that AC Oil LLC have submitted a voluntary motion to dismiss their request to drill?

Wind powered ships?! What a time to be alive
I meant to expand more but clicked 'post' to early - regarding MSAR - I feel that industry (particularly the shipping industry) has moved away from implementing cost saving measures with regard to HFO diesel and that using the MSAR emulsified fuel will not be a valid enough reason to compensate for the CO2 emissions it will still produce. BioMSAR was introduced as a means to compensate for this but I feel that too is now in jeopardy as the industry is edging ever closer to net zero fuels and could leave BioMSAR in the shadow, just like MSAR is looks like it is now in the shadow of BioMSAR
OHS
It seems, alas, history is about to repeat itself and just as bioMSAR was introduced to appease the demand for a lower carbon emissions fuel to that of MSAR, it now looks as though QED are already looking to find it's replacement before it has achieved a commercial deal of any description:
"Despite the immediate and cost-effective carbon reductions that bioMSAR™ can offer we recognise that the requirement for net-zero carbon fuel solutions is becoming increasingly urgent. Our RDI strategy is now focused on the delivery of a commercially viable net-zero 'bioMSAR Zero' solution by 2030"
Does anyone on here realistically believe that MSAR will achieve a commercial supply contract? I feel it's chance has been and gone - its cost saving capability seemed a no brainer back when the tech was projected to save oodles of money by supplementing circa 30% of the diesel with MSAR emulsion. As for bioMSAR; how long a 'shelf life' doesa this have before it too becomes an option that just doesn't appeal anymore?.....

Dust - see my earlier post below which states similar:
“The POC tests will commence in H1 CY23 after the Leandra returns from its scheduled maintenance and regulatory class inspection in a dry dock. This is slightly later than the Q4 CY22 start shown in our March note because of the time taken to purchase the Leandra. Assuming that the results from the POC tests are positive, MSC will then finalise agreements with third parties for trial and commercial fuel supply and conduct lengthier trials (4,000 hours of operation) to provide commercial operating experience, potentially culminating in obtaining LONOs from the engine manufacturer, Wärtsilä. Management expects that the LONO trial will take around six to eight months to complete. As the trials progress, Quadrise, MSC and other key stakeholders such as refineries will hold discussions, which are likely to commence in CY H223, regarding the supply of bioMSAR and/or MSAR for use by MSC’s global fleet. A single vessel would consume 0.6kbpd of fuel.“

Perhaps form this statement:

Not correct Barking - the latest update is that the "Company is now finalising the trial schedule with the client and anticipates fuel trials to commence prior to the end of Q1 2023" - so I'm not expecting trial completion by end of Q1 at all - perhaps an update to say it has commenced or this may just be incorporated in the results RNS
