It looks like we are ranging or stuck here right now. Crude at 2021 prices… Trumps tariffs are not helping. Canada’s economy is really hurting with the tariffs. Canada exports huge quantities of oil and it’s priced in US dollars. It rumoured Trump will remove the tariffs for Canada, if so that will push the price up then Canada will be more inclined to sell more oil at a higher price which all feeds back into stocks which is good for us.

OPEC ? You never know which way they will jump with supply.

keep an eye on Tarrifs and In the mean time we stay and grit our teeth

Of more interest is that Crude is trading right at the bottom of the channel with several matching bottoms right back to November 2021.

Its normal but not guaranteed at this point buyers come back in and start to push the price back up.

The pattern reverses… Short sellers disappear, Bullish buyers come in with momentum and buy.

BP and every other oil company start to move back up..

Bought 100 shares in Shell on the drop at 25.65 and topped up another 440 shares in BP at 4.15.

Ive recent sold Shell at 2700 and that was after Ex divi as well. Like you I am waiting to get back in averaging with a few buys around 2500 ish.
