bought into trinity mirror today, Its a bit late in the day but might get a few more pounds out of it. A share holders meeting on Friday to confirm an acquisition could push it up a bit more. jdf I like your strategy of caution its always good to think things through. Hot don't get your self banned we would miss you just stay calm and try not to get involved so much. Its only a BB and lots of verbel games are played out on the boards. These games fit into something called "The drama triangle" which involves a persecutor, rescuer, and victim. and the game goes round and round untill one person stops playing the game its part of Transactional Analysis. Its looking better right now thats for sure but for how long who knows? ETO a cracking company and like so many others should be doing better. your Barc tip from technical point of view on my 5 things screen. Its been trending down since August! on the daily the RSI and the stochastic is looking right but the MACD hasn't quite got there yet. the 20. 50 and 100 day moving averages are all above the candles meaning its not a good time to be buying right now. Also the Ichimoko cloud is well above the candles and has been for the last 4 months which isn't good. The weekly candle is showing indecision so the Christmas rally might push it up and it is on a yearly low but technically its not really a buy right now. (again all in my humble opinion)

Hello Hot, no i wasn't saying that, I am more open than most! However personally i don't like to post too much personal financial stuff on the BB as you never know who is watching. I think its just that folk are more likely to exaggerate their gains than talk about their losses. Any way the missing pages in my opinion are nothing sinister, just a computer blip Hi Hot, I should have said 5 thingy's not 4 but your ETO doesn't much look like its going anywhere at the moment its just trading sideways from its downturn. However the stochastic is turning up and the RSI is oversold the MACD is ok ish so three positives but the MA is above the candles which isn't good right now and the candles have a long way to go to push above the Ichimolo cloud. The last 8 days candles have been patchy and indecisive. Its probably just a hold whilst it trading sideways. a sell if it turns down and keeps going down. Fundamentally it needs some strong positive news to give it a push along ( all in my humble opinion)

Hi Hot doing this on phone and will respond to your other posts tomorrow but I really wouldn't worry about tax issues FIstly all SB gains are tax free so really thats that. ....... but... secondly the powers that be have much bigger fish to fry....... Thirdly much of the gains talked about on BB are I expect embellished. . Catch you in the morrow. Time for us both to sleep
