So, given the conversion price, they are not material to current events in that there are no cheap shares left to convert.

There has been mention of the expiration of a large chunk of warrants this month. Can anyone provide any further details please.

On the basis that all of the cheap shares have now been hoovered up, an announcement of a contract win could lead to a substantial rise in the share price if there are no warrants to cash in and assuming the BOD and Stephen Jones maintain their holdings.

I don't know what you are expecting to happen that has not otherwise been mentioned. The results will be released mid-February, which means they will land any day now and the Comarco agreement is progressing.

Your comment about the trades in an earlier post was incorrect as well. The trades I posted from NEX were buys, so I don't know where you were looking.

16.3m buys versus 7.4m sells today. Still believe there is a lot of interest in the story here.

The shares are being bought by Stephen Jones and others on the expectation of a significant contract win for Gyrometrics and continued growth at Geocurve. If Braveheart have now sold out, continued buying would force the price up as even with the recent increase in the share price, the vast majority of former Strat Aero investors are sitting at large losses.

I worked offshore for the past 20 years ,prior to that Steel industry , car industry and tunneling/minning, have worked on installing a number of windfarms and am an Electrical engineer by proffesion.

I have plenty experience of conventional Vibration monitoring equip and fully understand What Gyro have thier hands on here. The tech and potential uses / cost benefit to Industry and O & M savings / fault diagnosis here is limitless including offshore wind where IMO RMS will make a very big impact.

I have also much experience with SCADA control and fiber optic telemetry systems where complex control systems and fault diagnosis are monitored. Maintenance regimes reply on sensors such as RMS IME to reduce costs and Utilise downtime / Plan maintenance and increase efficiencies.

Engineering Firms are always keen to employ technology to gain a competative edge and reduce costs.

I remember the first Vibration Monitoring ( VB ) tech through use of tranducers being installed and tested in a steel plant many moons ago. VB is now evrywhere in every engineering application. Who would have thought ?

risk - I think you are much better at ramping than deramping.

Positive news could land on a number of fronts which would make your statement about being locked in rather ludicrous.

At our current mkt cap it will only take a whiff of good news to move this back up rather sharpish.

Olderandwiser - good to get a different perspective, but a couple of points I would make. Gyrometric's technology is already patent protected, but they have applied for a further patent to protect the latest technological developments. This from a past RNS:

"The Board of Braveheart is pleased to announce that it has acquired a 47% holding in Gyrometric Systems Limited ("Gyrometric"), (www.gyrometric.systems), which has developed a patent protected system of hardware and software to monitor the vibrations in rotating shafts"

Also, I don't see it as a pre-commercial stage when the equipment is currently running on ships and turbines. from the company's website:

270 million shares traded at the close....amazing volume. Share price up 5.65%. Our investment here could do very well when news from the new wells is released.

With stephen James buying so much stock, it has allowed some stale bulls to exit, but there still appears to be a dire shortage of shares at the moment. Not surprised given the current low valuation attributed to the company.

As I have said before, it is a question of when, not if, a major contract win is announced by Gyrometrics. This technology has been years in the development, and will be protected by patent.

Another delayed buy just gone through, but showing as a sell.

A test programme for one of the major manufacturers of wind turbines is expected to commence in the next few weeks and serious enquiries from several others are being pursued.

At the Society of Maritime Industries exhibition SMM in Hamburg, GyroMetric equipment was exhibited on the stand of the company's German Marine agent, where the new GyroMetric product for continuously monitoring the alignment of ships drive shafts, was introduced. Marine engines are installed on resilient mountings to reduce vibration. These mountings subside over a period resulting in misalignment with the propeller shaft. Misalignment causes damage to the couplings and wasted energy. The new product monitors shaft alignment automatically and warns when action is required. This development brings ship operators into the digital age and helps reduce operating costs. In addition to the new product, the GyroMetric system for safeguarding ships drives by rapidly detecting rapid rises in torque received substantial enquiries, including for the first time, fleet retrofits.

During the period, Braveheart disposed of part of its holding in GyroMetric to Remote Monitored Systems plc ("RMS") and now retains an 18% holding. As previously reported, the independent Directors (which excludes Trevor Brown) ("the Independent Directors") believe that this transaction will provide greater liquidity over a part of its investment portfolio and enable GyroMetric to take advantage of synergies with Geocurve Limited ("Geocurve"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of RMS, and thereby improve GyroMetric's long term prospects and ultimately the value of Braveheart's remaining holding. Braveheart will continue to be closely involved in the development of the GyroMetric business and continue to have a representative on the board.

GyroMetric has developed a patent protected system of hardware and software to accurately monitor the run-out in rotating shafts. Warnings generated by this system help prevent expensive and untimely breakdowns in industry and transport. Its products are used to measure the performance of rotating shafts in a wide variety of applications such as marine engines, wind turbines and industrial machine tools.



The system is now installed on a seven Megawatt wind turbine nacelle at the ORE Catapult test facility in Blyth and has produced exceptional results which were widely reported by ORE to its consortium of industrial partners. The results demonstrated the exceptional accuracy of GyroMetric's technology in measuring bearing run out and twist angle at the low rotational speeds associated with wind turbines.



This information will enable manufacturers and operators to better predict the performance of these very large and high value machines, and the results have created strong interest from several of the global wind turbine manufacturers who now want to install GyroMetric systems on their own test turbines.



In July, the company presented its technology at the Global Offshore Wind conference in Manchester, and at the recent Wind Energy Exhibition in Hamburg, the premier world exhibition in wind power generation. GyroMetric had its own stand, the theme of which was moving from analogue to digital for monitoring and safeguarding wind turbine shafts. A working demonstration test rig was operating on the stand, connected to a computer and showing real-time results graphically on screen. Arranged by the British Department for International Trade, David Orton, GyroMetric CEO, was given a speaking slot at the exhibition, when he was able to expand on the theme of digital monitoring and safeguarding of turbine shafts. The level of enquiries was above expectations and the geographical spread was global, for example GyroMetric was pleased to welcome representatives of three of the largest Chinese wind turbine manufacturers to the stand.

Stephen Jones increased his stake to over 10% of the company.

Following the reassessment of the project the Board is considering deploying the Frame 6B turbine acquired for the project elsewhere. An application has therefore been made to the state asset bureau for a refund of the purchase price for the land and a buyer is to be sought for the turbine unless it can be redeployed. Given the uncertainty of the future sale of the turbine and the recoverability of the land cost an impairment charge of £0.3 million (2016: £1.3 million) has been recorded in the year.

The project, has continued to make some progress in development, whilst the company pursues various options.

The Group's carrying value for projects is assessed for possible impairments. In light of current local market conditions, in order for the project to be attractive to joint venture partners, the capital value of the 701 Siemens Turbines going into the project has been assessed at US$12.0 million. The Directors also obtained an independent valuation produced by a competent person. The report stated that the price in the turbine market is unchanged from the prior report in that the fair value of the turbines as being US$12.0 million. Therefore, no impairment has been charged in the year (2016: US$13.0 million) and, after exchange rate differences a reduction in the asset value of £0.9 million has been charged in 2017 (2016: £6.4 million).
