Olderandwiser, I see you haven't bothered to read any posts of the statements from the company. They had £460k in the bank last month and Geocurve is now cash flow positive.

The vast majority of former Strat Aero shareholders are sitting at considerable losses, and I doubt many will see a profit until the share price reaches well North of 2.00p.

Our recent buyers have taken out all of the cheap shares and the directors took the vast chunk of the previous placing shares.

Primed to make considerable gains from here IMHO, once the expected news lands.

With £460k in the bank last month and Geocurve now profitable, there is nothing to stop the share price making considerable progress once the Gyrometric's news lands.

RivieraRack, all of your 12 posts have taken a very negative stance on RMS. I think you may have missed the RNS's and the interviews with Nigel outlining the progress that has been made at the company.

Geocurve is performing very well and Gyrometric should be announcing a significant contract win on the back of very positive test results.

You carry on being negative, but the significant investment by recent holders with knowledge of the wind industry suggests to me that Gyrometric have a product and monitoring system that will be in great demand.

I believe the company will be debt free by June on the basis that EdS make repayments on the same scale they have in the past.

With the obligations to Peru now finished, we are left with two primary assets in Chile and Argentina. The assets in Chile, including the turbines are written down to £10m and the assets in Argentina are written down to £18.45m, although EdS and PEL owe Rurelec £37.4m in total.

The admin costs and general expenses should have reduced considerably with the disposal of the Peru assets and the falling interest payments.

Ignoring the impairment in Argentina, our net assets at the end of June should be circa £25m, with no borrowings on the balance sheet. This equates to 4.4 pence per share.

It is my view that the two primary assets will be sold separately this year with the funds returned to shareholders. not sure what that will net out to, but I am sure it will be significantly more than the current share price.
