Added a few more today as I expect to hear some positive news next week. The trade will probably appear on the NEX Exchange as it is not showing on the main platform.

I wonder what the share price will be once the interims are released. According to DL they are at maximum capacity and making profit, so we should see quite a hike in the share price. Roll on next Friday.

The half-year report next month should be very good, so IMHO buying at today's price is a 'no-brainer'. All IMHO of course.

Good morning all. Very disappointing results and the company appear to be moving from one crisis to another. I need to read the results properly again, but I don't think there are any details as to why they had the debt from IPSA assigned from Ethosenergy. Surely shareholders deserve a fuller explanation as to the benefits of this transaction. As the saying goes, act in haste, repent at leisure. I feel like cashing in my holding here, but I won't. Instead I am going to take a sabbatical and return in the Autumn. I may add a couple of more posts if I find anything interesting in the results, but if not, I hope you all have a good summer.

I can only assume the MM's have a few on their books. However, once they are gone there should be a significant correction to the share price if the 2Q results are good.

Added a few more today. Buy going through on NEX Exchange and will look like a sell as the price paid was 0.71p. Expecting to see a very good return on this trade when the Q2 results are released.

Should be released this week if it follows the same pattern as Q1, i.e. 2 months after the period end. Reminder of DL's comment in the last release: “The Company’s business is growing very strongly now and we continue to see increasing customer demand for our specialty spices, food additives and seasoning. Orders continue to exceed the Company’s ability to meet demand for Dynamic’s products supplied for the mass food manufacturing sector. Going forward, the operation of the new machines significantly boosts our future manufacturing capacity and should substantially reduce our overall unit operating cost and boost our competitiveness as we move towards much bigger turnover and product range offerings. We need more stock to meet customer orders and we are working hard to quickly address this issue.”

I feel very sure the company will announce positive cash flow as well as a profitable second half, which will make the 2016 full year figures very impressive compared to the previous year. We just need our dour directors to give a decent forward statement and we could be off to the races. It is not often you can by in to a utility company at such a discount to the net asset value.

Just added a few more at 0.71p, but the trades are showing as sells. Expect to hear some sort of update shortly, and the figures should be impressive.

As I have said quite a few times, if some or all of the impairment on our investment in EdS is reversed due to the increased repatriation of funds, this will have a meaningful impact on the NAV. By my estimation, our NAV could be anywhere between 7.00p and 10.00p, which makes our current share price a bit of a joke. I just hope the directors do not wait until Friday afternoon to release the results and try and bury the good news...LOL

And they should be very positive. The share price has a long way to go before we see true value and hopefully the results will be the catalyst for a re-rate. Good luck to all LTH's.

Yes, the results should be good and it will be interesting to see what the impact has been of the fund raising to increase the ingredient stocks.

I see the offer for IPSA has now gone unconditional. We move a step closer to closure. I wonder what the directors will say in the report concerning this.....nothing probably.

Results due any day now. Maybe someone has an inkling of what they contain.

At the end of June 2016, the company had cash and cash equivalents of £9,000. Today, the company has confirmed that it does not require any further funds at the current time. At the half-year 2016, the company had a negative cash-flow of £376,000. Clearly, there has been a significant turnaround in the funds being repatriated from Argentina or we have received the outstanding balance of previous sales receipts. I am sure that our directors will be able to project a positive view when the results are released shortly. You never know, the may even show a degree of optimism.

It looks like the company is now cash flow positive. Whilst they have extended the loan, they have not had to increase the amount borrowed. Coupled to this, the fact that we are also paying off the Ethosenergy debt, adds to the probability that the repayments from EdS are more than covering our needs. We just need some further positive news from the directors on the future direction of the company. The year-end results should also contain a positive statement regarding the 'going concern' outlook.
