My calculations work out that any share price for Oyster shares above CAD0.54 would result in a benefit to Polemos, whereas any price below that would result in further shares being issued to SecureLinx. This assumes that the loan is converted at CAD0.50 as per the RNS. · " The Loan is convertible at the lesser of CAD0.50 per Oyster common share (an "Oyster Share") or a 20% discount to the first offering price of Oyster's Shares on AIM, subject to compliance with the rules of the TSX-V;"

As you know, I have you on filter, but was intrigued as to your standpoint on this company. It is interesting that you spend so much time on companies that you have no holding in and look for all possible negatives and disregard any positives. As with the other company where our paths have crossed, you have been totally wrong on your predictions and no doubt will be again with this company. It appears to me that the previous failed takeover of SecurLinx has left them in a financial predicament and Polemos could well have bought the company at a significant discount. I am pleased the shares are suspended as investors will probably have a lot more information to base their decisions on before the the suspension is lifted. In the meantime, it is pure speculation as to where the share price will end up. I see the other company will be releasing their interim report this month and it will be interesting to read how the 'non-existent' business is performing. Have a good day. Interesting post from the other side: goplmo Nobody here has the knowledge to take you to task on the utter ..... that you post either here or on LSE if shylock is really you. But I do. This is not a Takeover. It is a Reverse Takeover. What that technically means is that SecurLinx are buying PLMO not the other way round. It is purchasing PLMO for its AIM listing that's all. The purchase price of 0.035p represents a premium of 67% to Friday's closing price. As it stands existing shareholders are set to gain 67%. Furthermore there is no dilution for PLMO shareholders. The existing shareholders become part of a larger group of shareholders which are the shareholders of SecurLinx. SecurLinx are effectively valuing themselves at £17m. No cash is actually changing hands other than the US$500k loan to SecurLinx. It is a given that the necessary due diligence has already been done or Friday's suspension and statement would have never been released. The live issue here is what is the true value of SecurLinx. You cannot magic a market valuation of £17m out of thin air. The AIM regulators would never allow it. They are far more stringent today than they have ever been. Furthermore AIM brokers and nomads are increasingly being taken to task by the regulators for floating worthless companies. None of them would touch this RTO if it were a complete dud. If the market considered the true value of SecurLinx to be only £3m there would be an almighty correction in the share price on the first day of dealings from 35p to at worse 6p. On completion of the RTO the PLMO directors are all likely to resign unless they are all clandestine cyber security experts. So there is nothing in this for them unless they're taking a payoff to shaft all existing shareholders. Furthermore the deal will require the approval of PLMO shareholders. One final point. The RTO will not come without a lock in period for SecurLinx shareholders and PLMO directors. Based on the information we have received so far it is reasonable to assume PLMO retail share holders who bought below 0.035p will be quids in.

Looks like someone is stake building judging by the price of the delayed trades and the fact that the share price is not moving. We should be hearing more about the Oyster IPO shortly as they did state Q3 in their latest presentation.

Nice 34m buy just gone through. Expect this to start rising as interest grows prior to the Oyster listing.

Hi Guys, been away for a while and just read the latest presentation from Oyster on their website. They state the AIM IPO will happen in Q2/Q3 2017, so I certainly wouldn't gamble on it being 2018, but that is just my opinion. Holding a sizeable stake now and will continue to add as and when funds permit.

Yes, that is one of the reasons for my building a stake here. Looking to add further today or tomorrow if all goes to plan.

You would do well to read the RNS's from Gunsynd on their investment, but yes, as well as buying shares substantially below the current price of Oyster on the TSX and probably the listing price, they have other share based payments due when the listing goes ahead. As far as Polemos is concerned, it is my view that Oyster will reverse into this company, and I base it on the fact that we don't really have any other major investments whereas Gunsynd have. Whatever the outcome, based on the assets that Oyster hold, I believe anyone buying into Polemos at the current price is going to see a significant return. All IMHO, DYOR.

Could be wrong, but I think we will get an update next month on Oyster.

In the great scheme of things I don't think paying slightly more will make much difference when the Oyster listing is announced. I'll bet there are many people on here who would love to have an average as low as that.

And the buys keep coming in. Pretty soon the ask will be above the mid price and buys will actually show as buys...LOL

They want to keep the price down here until an announcement is made. Just keep buying at today's price, with confirmation that a listing of Oyster is happening, this is pretty much a one way bet. IMHO.

Steady buying at the moment with the odd sell thrown in.

The offer price is creeping up, but the buys are still going through as sells again this morning.

I see a delayed trade for 90m shares went through earlier. Not sure if it is a buy or sell though, but probably a sell.
