Whatever the requirements are for AfriAg SA to fulfil their end of the HoH deal, once the details are published, I believe it will be huge for AfriAg Global and hopefully it will produce a mad scramble for shares in our 'little acorn'.

I am still intrigued to know what AfriAg SA will have to bring to the table towards the 50/50 JV with LGC.

And we now know that LGC have the capital to fund the HoH purchase.

Things are looking up. I opened an account with them a while ago but at that time could not get an online quote for AfriAg.

That trade looks to be a buy given the recent sell trade transaction prices.

Well, we are due an update on the HoH transaction. The six month agreement with HoH for the continued funding of overhead costs expires on the 18th of this month, so it will either have to be extended or the transaction will need to complete: "As announced on 18 July 2017, LGC and AfriAg have jointly signed a binding agreement with the House of Hemp in South Africa, for the sole and exclusive right to acquire a 60% beneficial interest in the House of Hemp and upon signing this agreement, made an initial payment of CDN $19,595. LGC and AfriAg also committed to pay an additional amount of CDN$37,000 which was paid July 28th 2017 to House of Hemp for (August 2017 general overheads, salaries and growing facility lease payments. LGC and AfriAg have and will continue paying CDN $37,000 monthly for a period of six months to keep House of Hemp fully funded while completing the transfer of interest documentation and to allow for sufficient time to complete investigative studies on the most cost-efficient ways of commencing scalable production. As part of the transaction, LGC and AfriAg have also committed to secure the necessary CDN $4.9 million estimated to commence large scale trial production within the Dube TradePort Block D greenhouses as soon as development plans are finalised."

Sooner or later our involvement/investment in HoH will be recognised and the correct valuation will be attributed to the company. In the meantime there is nothing that can be done until DL decides to do something about it. Very frustrating for all LTH's here, but I remain very optimistic that we shall see reward for our patience....eventually.

Not necessarily Kenny. AfriAg SA should be making decent profits now, and if all of those profits are being funnelled into the HoH deal then the margins may be much higher....eventually. Whilst I am still extremely frustrated with DL, I still expect to come out of this with a good return on my investment. I also found it very strange that PDR was nowhere to be seen in the various Twitter photographs and there has been no mention of him in dispatches either.

The JV is between LGC and AfriAg SA, so on that basis, AfriAg Global will not be involved in the fundraising. DL is certainly testing the patience of investors, but it would appear he doesn't care. I wonder how many people on here will never touch a DL company again once they get a chance to sell their shares.

Yes, sooner or later DL is going to have to say something about the funding arrangements and shed some more light on the business as a whole.

megapix - exactly. This is one of the reasons why I have taken a stake here. DL has ambitions for this main market listed company, but he appears to be keeping his cards very close to his chest. I thought it was very interesting that Paul de Robillard did not feature in the recent tweets from DL, but AfriAg Global and AfriAg SA are the businesses who will be fronting the HoH investment. Somewhere in the mix AAAP will be involved. Whether it is their on the ground knowledge and facilities or the main market listing, who knows, but either way it should be positive for shareholders here. The lack of any news is very frustrating, but I do believe patience will eventually pay off.

We should be hearing news soon. There was a Board meeting yesterday, so hopefully the company will be releasing a trading update. Seeing that we are now at an all time low, I think it is incumbent on the company to update shareholders. As you say, buy trades showing as sells does not help either.
