Sounds like LGC shareholders are getting a bit jittery over the lack of news on the House of Hemp transaction. DL sounded confident when he responded to my twitter message yesterday, so let's hope an update is imminent as the initial 6 month due diligence time scale has now been exceeded. Given that we have seen zero increase in the share price since the transaction was announced, in fact we have gone backwards, one would hope that the completion of the deal and the implications for AfriAg Global will spark a revival in the share price.

Yes, he sounds very bullish in that interview and since then there has been diddly squat from the company.

Can you imagine what would happen to the share price if a deal was done with AAAP and we became part of a company on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange that was a major cannabis grower in its portfolio of business interests.

Once the HoH deal is sealed and we know what our commitments are to the JV, I think our share price will go stratospheric.

Canadian marijuana producer Aurora Cannabis has agreed to buy medical cannabis seller CanniMed Therapeutics for about C$1.1bn (�630m). The firm said it was gearing up to meet an expected surge in demand at home and globally.

I find it a bit strange that the HoH website pretty much states the investment by LGC/AfriAg as a done deal, whereas the last information we have is that due diligence is being carried out.

I make it six more working days until the results if they are released the same time as last year. There have been no updates since the half-year report last July which I find very disappointing given the fan-fare in which David Lenigas re-launched the company last May. For a main market listed company the PR is very poor and I just hope the news blackout will be worth the wait.

Hi Kenny, so no official news on the HoH deal. LGC Capital will have to release something to their shareholders if the time scales are to be extended from the original six months I would think.

Kenny.....slow down a bit. AfriAg SA is making good profits, but the money has been reinvested and we haven't been told where or how. You also seem to have forgotten about AfriAg Marketing and the growth in that business. IMHO, AfriAg Global is not all about cannabis, that is the icing on the cake.
