I don't agree or disagree with Techie man but with predictions of huge economic consequences to Covid-19 this means that many will be cashing in their shares while on the other hand demand for the products needing super caps must surely decrease as everybody will have less money. Not only doe I think AIM is high risk I think all shares are becoming higher risk

It is no good detailing what could go wrong with this share or the possibility that the BOD don't really care about PIs, as the rampers don't want to hear it or let alone believe it as a possible outcome. On a personal level I am well down but I have never invested more than I can afford to lose hence I don't sell and live in hope. I invested because AK told a good story about a wonderful product which as yet has failed to deliver in terms of sales. But we all live in hope

Equally ramping is the other extreme. We all have opinions and should be allowed to express them without fear of ridicule. The bottom line is that in recent times we have gone from the mid teens to less than 2p. Whilst there may well be umpteen different reasons for this some blame must lie with the board. I suspect CPX is in exactly the same position as many other businesses i.e. figuring out whether they can afford to carry on trading and paying salaries with no money coming in . Whilst they are in a fortunate position in that they only have to pay half salaries has there been an update about additional Aussie government help for R and D firms? Also an update about the progress of the new production line would be useful or should we just assume that everything has ground to a halt ?

People is obviously the expert but the two cases are separate and refer to the same generic patent . What it does not mean is the alleged infringements are exactly the same as they are talking about different products which will doubt transgress in different ways. That's how I read it. So while the Ioxus case may create some important principles its not necessarily the golden bullet

People is right in that there is no point in selling CPX shares as quite frankly they are not worth a lot. My personal opinion is that this Coronavirus will impact on the global economy for years to come and this will reduce demand. Also, one off government expenditure will have to be recovered from somewhere sooner or later and will probably mean higher taxes. All together I believe the future isn’t bright and this reflects my philosophy that shares are a gamble and you should never invest more than you can afford to lose. The only problem is now that I am starting to self isolate I will have more time to looking on the LSE board.
As regards royalties, percentage increases mean nothing (up just £100k) Where is the TDK/CDE effect ? Still the results could have been worse

Trading . My opinion is quite simple . If we win the ioxus case then power to CPXs elbow. What we need to know is the settlement involved as presumably there could be some negotiation as to what we settle for. That also may include their ability to pay. The fact that they have not paid their legal fees could be relevant . Maxwell could however be different as win or lose there could be repercussions. But good news ish today

People . If it is so important that each individual researches this share fully then why is it necessary for you to post endless missives, as in theory, in your world you wouldn't have an audience? I accept that you know far more about the inner workings of CPX and choose to ask questions of you to better understand things. People could you please qualify what IYHO "the litigation is going well " actually means or is it just bluster? How can an opinion be formed when the the trial stage is still yonks away?
