123. Why do you interpret CPX's supposed confidence when as I understand 50% of such cases are lost? Need to know if you have technical insight into the issues or is it just hope i.e. wishful thinking ? Its no good saying that other companies have signed up as the issues may be different with them ?

Ok here are a couple simple scenarios for debate. What will happen to CPX if we lose the case against Maxwell Technology and secondly what is the longest possible timescale for a decision. Also how much real influence does Musk have in within the whole Automotive electric industry i.e. could he make life difficult for CPX if he loses

Believe you me if the SP starts to shoot up you will hear a great sigh of relief sounding over Brizzle. My issue is that the last two years has seen an almost continual downward trend in the SP from 15p to 3p. This despite all the positive noises emanating from AK. You guys clearly have faith in his latest plan whereas I am one of the not so sure brigade. Still HNY to you all

If the deal is so good and the prospects so rosy why has not the market recognised this in the form of an increased SP? I suppose the answer could be sentiment i.e. from people like myself who have heard it all before and seen our investment decline!!. Hey Ho you pays your money . Lets hope for a better 2020

Murata has decided to concentrate on things other than Supercaps so it has some no longer needed production gear left over. But it has a long standing partner who could use it . Its a buyers market one assumes. So why did it take almost a year (the reason given for the news blackout) to agree what should have been a straightforward I'll give you £2m for it deal. It makes you wonder what else is in the deal but as I said all this does is take the immediate heat off AK and buys him time.

At the end of the day this is just another dilution with no guarantee of success, There is a 50/50 chance that in two years time People you will be looking at this board and saying was that really me carrying out that endless cutting and pasting repeating information that most of us know anyhow. CPX has yet to demonstrate that it is a company that can market and sell its products. R and D is its strength. All that this has done is buy AK some time

What I don't truly understand is whether the transgression of the patents is the same or nearly the same in all cases ? If they are all different the comparison is irrelevant , If they are different shades of grey well as you say it can go either way

The statement made by Trading is chilling. I always said that picking a fight with Tesla was perhaps unwise. Is there a definite end date to this case? The Pedoboy case has demonstrated that Musk will do anything to win and one can assume that our case will get a bit hairy. If we lose I imagine the costs would be huge and lead to them possibly buying us on the cheap. That being a possible scenario AK should be spouting as much good news as he can if only raise the value of his own holdings

With FY20 revenue expected to contain FY TDK and CDE royalties plus increased royalties from the over production by Murata this would seem to account for most of the forecasted increase in total revenue of Aus $1.6m from FY19 to FY20. This indicates to me that CPXs own direct sales are forecasted to be stagnant in FY20. Unless there is any news re the Court Cases I don’t think this SP is going north anytime soon

Well I certainly wont be giving them any more of my money. For those of us who have held shares for years and have endured "new discoveries/new applications talk" for may years which has failed to really take off i.e. convert into revenue. If you remain confident that the latest request to wait another year before results is indeed genuine then go ahead and invest. I prefer to look at past performance as a guide to likelihood of future improvements. Other swill say I dont know what I am talking about but the SP doesn't lie. Confidence is low

It’s good to have debate, and debate involves opinions from all sides...positive or negative, but most importantly the opinion needs to have substance and reasoning. Looking forward to an exciting few months ahead into 2019...they year of CPX :). I would also like to take this opportunity to apologise to anyone I may have offended on this board at any stage. I have a large investment here and it’s been a frustrating 12 months. Thanks

Jesus Christ why do you lot not post something positive ? The facts are that this company talks the talk but has as yet not delivered the goods. High on talk low on delivery . Simples. The problem with your research People (and indeed that of previous “super rampers”) is that history has to date proved that it in the case of CPX it seldom converts into actual money. Now the ultimate research would be to understand why. You are the latest in a line of rampers who seem to be telling us endlessly that CPX is the best thing since sliced bread. You must understand however there are those of us who react by saying “yeah, yeah, we’ve heard it all before”. I can see you are enthused but please understand there are those who don’t share your optimism. Sadly, though we get more abuse than “your side”.

This share has been a succession of jam tomorrow promises and now we face another two years wait. If only I could get back to break even I would be off

Surely the Murata deal is not just a licence to print money?. Previously did they not outhouse manufacturing to Malaysia? So who will be managing the Aussie factory presumably they will have to employ all new staff? Manufacturing is a whole different ball game to R and D, So while getting kit a good price is fine, there is IMHO a long way to go before we are "in the money"
