Eli Lily research seems to be in a slightly different area to N4p. Obviously both researching nanopartical drug delivery uses, but it seems Nuvec for which N4p have a license from Queensland Uni is specifically researching cancer therapy to stop cancel cells multiplying be isolating and blocking them thereby reducing tumour size. This is quite different from Eli lily. Take your point about the investment pot though . I like the systematic approach in narrowing down the avenue for a route to commercialisation rather than the American kitchen sink route.

Absurdly mispriced compared to competitors. The lowest PE, the smallest number of shares(100 mil) , the largest revenue and pays a decent dividend. A good sector with plenty of growth . No wonder it’s creeping up still

Decent enough update inline. Improved cash position. Looks like the foundation is there for growth particularly in the US. FY23 expected to rise significantly ahead. Modest PE compared to sector.

They paid of loan notes and are debt free. Cash rising slowly. Hope the update is better than last year. Still looking for acquisition though

Antler. Clx was probably one of the few exceptions. iPo at 50 p quickly doubled in sp and even now settled around £1.25. It’s a bit of a lottery. Brokers clearly don’t know how to value . Sometimes they wit to see if there is an indication fro the market. Some have to cut the price to set it off the ground. Dark was a case in point. What a roller coaster that has been. Antley interesting post from guardian thanks. There was also. Huge hole left in the market by the demise of Habitat. The quality of build and design was much higher, although there were plenty of derogatory jokes about them . People like new stuff for a new / first home. Cheap and cheerful, maybe a little bohemian. Trouble is people don’t realise what it costs to have quality and design. The trick is always in the marketing and lighting to make stuff look better than it is. My son bought a bed from made. bomb before it listed for his first home. Needless to say it fell apart before he even slept in it. They sent another Straight away and didn’t even bother to take the old one. About two days old actually. I watched in utter disbelief at the IPO. When I discovered the founder was the same guy who founded last minute. I put aside any temptation to risk what looked like a bargain. Just like their furniture. They reall should put out a wealth warning with some of these IPOs. It coincided with ‘free’ internet brokerage and no doubt some excess furlough money got sucked in. The founders walk away with £200 million inside 18 months on yet another failed venture. It absolutely sucks and I hope people have not lost too much individually. I hope the staff get something. I see Jamie Oliver’s Italian job got taken to court and won some compensation. Guess who paid? The taxpayer of course

So as well as 17 million shares in his own name Max who is a partner in Kestrel and has a beneficial interest is also a partner in Kestrel opportunities but no beneficial interest. Shed load of shares though how ever you call it!

Quite a big move from under 5% to over15.5% for this Guernsey trust. Dont understand how or why or care come to that this drops the SP.

The question for me is one about armageddon. If that happens it doesnt really matter. One of the loonies has been removed, Truss. Just hope the loony party members who voted her in will be kept out of the next selection process. Notice the word selection rather than election, because it isnt one. The majority of con MPs wanted `Sunak . Why on earth they dont just make him PM. Its not like democracy has got in their way before.
Anyway Cnic is still a small fish in a very big pond. I dont know how many more ways Ben Crawford (the Eddie Jones of this company) can put it to the market that FY is likely to be materially ahead for the second year running even in this environment. It just seems the market cant believe the sustainability of growth despite having only tapped about 1% of this multi billion market. So far it is holding up better than the last update . The founders and staff fund managers have been massively supportive both in the placing and subsequently. I am thrilled and amazed that I not only got my full allocation in the placing but full extra application of shares and have followed Max’s enthusiasm to mop extra stock below placing price.
Quite honestly why buy anything else? If we going to recover we’re well placed and if not might as well loose it here as anywhere! Gl all

Marketwatch have also given favourable write up. The numbers are doing the talking though. The market seems to have been struggling to believe the sustainability of accelerating growth. This is still small beer compared to the size and depth of the market. Cautious maybe but ludicrously cheap still.

Pretty standard presentation for IGP. Klaas maybe not the most enigmatic presenter, but internet security makes most people yawn till they get screwed over. Hard to be sure at what speed the accelerated growth is going at. as promised some of the delayed contracts are coming through and the new acquisition is already sparking interest. On the one hand although growth has been here all the time its been difficult to see how they can meaningfully scale up operations. Operating in the top of the cybersecurity pyramid although prestigious, has clearly been a little stifling in that respect. With this new addition and possibly more to come we may at last see real accelerated growth both geographically and into the broader market. Here’s hoping and GL holders!
