I get the distinct impression they are trying to keep the cat in the bag with this stock. Buying has been pretty strong all year but the last few weeks the trades have been heavier and relentless. Couldnt see any obvious reason for the slight lull in the share price so just keep on keeping on . Gl all

Some interesting trades coming in. Could they actually double their money in a week? Had been completely unaware of Pexa prior to this potential offer. The question is would Smv simply a bolt on acquisition or do they have something that could transform Pexa. That would make quite a difference to the price. I cant see Kestrel and others being interested in sub £1 for starters, and if it does have a more strategic property then we could be looking at a record premium for a takeover or no deal. Pexa is a 2.3 billion company so my gut feeling is they will make a serious enough offer to consider unless they are just checking out the opposition. Intriguing situation after all the Trussed up drama.

Battle its a tax fiddle/management. They get a shed load more shares when the stock hits 65p and then another load when it goes into the 70s. Lets face it if directors can perform like this they deserve a decent incentive. The boss performed a similar feet with a company called Bioquel a few years back. Worth his weight in platinum!

Jtl have been selling. Maybe out all together but in this market when you get that kind of action it does tend to distort the price somewhat. Anyway its pretty hard to get a decent buy in this morning, which would suggest sellers may have dried up for now. Gl for monday folks

I think you are missing the long term game. This stock never recovers it just operates a whole series of dead cat bounces fueled by constant fund raises.it’s not an investment, it’s Roulette table

The timing of the announcement of this latest bombshell placing is one of the most cynical just a couple of hours before the market closed for the King’s Coronation. There again perhaps it was astute timing to give the market time to reflect in a less emotional way. Is this company actually a going concern, having tapped the market countless times over the years and at several multiples of its current MC? The cv of members of the board reads like an absolute dream . Once the dust has settled and assuming the votes are in favour of the placing as an investor there may well be an opportunity to pick up stock well below the placing price. I can’t see the company collecting much from the 1 million extra offering. In the cold light of day there could actually b money to be made here for the pi. Remembering that the last raise involved loan notes repayable next january and carrying 8% interest payments or conversion to shares at 15p! I’d say they are having a larf on the large side. Be interesting to see if they can actually get this raise away this time. You can take the mick so often but this something else.

My god. Managed to get through 8 months without needing a placing. The only guarentee with this company is needing regular cash injections

Score there is an interview with one of the top fund holders Harwood, with Chris Mills on vox markets/directors talk. He thinks this is one of the ‘safest’ bets in the market and has earmarked at least 65p. So 60p is probably quite sensible. A lot depends on the next update particularly the possibility of a home diagnostic kit. If that is a goer they will quite likely receive a decent bid a little above that hopefully. Solid management team. The best bit is £600 million loss carryover from when they were Circassia, so they wont be paying tax till at least the end of this centuary! Gl

Obviously the traditional food producers are getting concerned at the rate at which this is happening. I don’t think it will be as dramatic as Mellon suggests. We can see on supermarket shelves how quickly food choices have changed just since Covid. Milk and cheese ailes have shrunk to a quarter of what they used to be and the alternative products are growing almost daily. Quite why Anic is trading at over 30 Percent discount now is quite baffling. PS of stockopedia reckons trad volumes are so low now it’s almost like a bank holiday every day.
I see in the latest RNS on dog food company Anic are already carrying a 3.8 million gain! We’ only been in it a couple of years. As For BlueNalu are current valuation is thought to be less than half what it will be after next round of funding and re-rate. It may well fall back to 10p again. NT. is a bit of a weird one. If his trading record is to be believed we should all be following him. He seems to be nearly always in at the bottom and out with a profit. The thing I find slightly odd is how much the sp has shifted after his published buy price. I don’t know anyone who has that sort of success unless he does have a crystal ball.
