Presumably Jimbo, by extending the warrant execution date by a year is encouraging the market to believe this will exceed 30p again by next year so Shelby can collect another fee. Otherwise it’s a bit of a wasted exercise

Think that was Dayani that wouldnt sell anymore for the foreseeable however far that is. They have totally screwed up here. If the directors were more open with each other this could all have been sorted in a more orderly fashion than some director selling millions on the open market and the board buying back shares at over £1.50. If you look at director deals just above your post yoy can see they bought some last year around 88p. Have a look at market screener too. That has a list of largest holders who seem to own about 70% between them. Timing is always difficult especially in tech stock. It takes time and investment to get established. You did with your buy price. The mistake many investors make is not adding as it goes up. Many buy more as a stock falls. Sorrel famous scolded one of his employers who when he told him how well a stock he bought was doing , expecting some praise, simply asked him why he had not bought more.
