The potential is massive, but the market doesnt do potential these days. It wants lots of cash generation.

One veterinary practise has been using Adaptix for twelve weeks and adore it. A distributor has been appointed. RNS worthy? I suppose it will come up in the update next month. Could nt wait for that so buying into the drift down.

Just been watching them in IMC presentation. I think the management have set out a reasonable program, but it looks like a long haul. They settled a few points about the need for the raise verses debt. Reinstatement of dividend could be 3 years away! As with Eqls its very difficult to value these businesses. Eqls which appears to be flying on the business side but cant wrap up an acceptable deal after soliciting bids which appear to be fading away after 8 months of negotiations, and Agfx which by their own admission is lagging the competition. There are more transparent sectors out there. Bought yesterday, sold today for a quick small profit. They apologised for the cloak and dagger stuff over the last six moths. Frankly its been like that since this stock floated. Maybe they will improve as promised. If the can produce evidence of that I am happy to enter again at a higher price.

There are so many other issues in this sector with individual companies with their own little matters and confusion clouding what is happening outside these companies. How serious are banks about getting back some of the action like HSBC. Competition is pretty crowded already

Definitely dilution for Nigel’s stake twice now. as yet we don’t know who took up the placing. I think with Aim it’s only buys over 5 percent unless it’s director participation. Quite often companies simply don’t bother to notify the market or the company, and the authorities are planning to relax the regulations again to attract new companies from abroad to make up for al the uk companies being sold off, delisting or going to other exchanges. It is quite a staggering number like about 40 per cent decline in AIM over 15 years. It some ways that is a very good thing because it narrows the pool for investors to choose from. It could also mean investors look to other countries for better stock. At least N4 are still ‘in it to win it’ for a little longer

I see TPI are taking exercise of warrants (7.5 million) at issue price valid for 36 months as part payment. This effectively means they could inject another £350,000 at anytime if they do pull a rabbit out of the hat. They’ve upgraded from mice to rabbits.

The difficulty I have in evaluating the chasmic contrast between the Nikkei and BSG, is that the both still appear to heading in opposite directions. I sold out of of BSG around £1.50 mark the Nikkei was dithering around 26,000. Since then bSG has slithered another astonishing 30% whilst the nikkei has risen an equally astonishing 50%. I do still keep an eye on what is happening with all BG funds and they have not gone unnoticed in the press. It seems Schroders and a few others have actually flourished a little but still underperformed the Nikkei. So why do they expect to get paid for their utter incompetence?

If Mathew Stork’s lower end forecast is correct this looks cheap. If the higher end forecast is achieved this is very cheap. If they miss then obviously it’s not either. The thing is they are well over half way there with weighting towards second half. Interesting to see what happens when the new shares are loaded. 15 percent dilution which zi think is fair to calculate from the more normal trading of 50p would make the shares worth at least 43.5p without looking at any any upgrade in growth of 7 percent in 22 And 12 percent in 23 plus extra running cost savings. Looks pretty decent risk reward to me especially since it’s been a particularly tricky couple of years since two takeovers.
