Very news driven. Only get news on trading updates as there are no big contracts to land in between, just steady growth. The plus is we get great dividends which look set to stay and grow. As mentioned before a core stock to keep adding.

Some decent buys coming in. If they could reinstate a dividend soon that would show more confidence to investors. Looking better

On the London stock exchange its showing all the 9s. Two trades @9p of £999,999,099p (the price of an Aston Martin in America).First off I thought it must be the numpty hooray henry who ducked out of his full subscription in the placing, but thats only about £230k’s worth. They are cancelling two million shares tomorrow, and then there is a shortage of about 8k as well. The million pounders yesterday must be genuine buys. They might as well have taken part in balancing up the placing at 9p. O well its only money . Who’s counting?

Maybe now Paul Scott has left Stockopedia he will sort their finances out. They certainly need help in that department. The kit is incredible.

I think the trouble started with Covid. Ekf had three or four very different ventures . The commercial theory I’d united we fall, divided we learn to stand on our own feet. COG have done a similar thing spinning off the drug arm Monument from the Diagnostic arm COG, they still retain a 25 percent holding. Not sure what the situation is with EKF. Last I saw was they still had 1 million shares in Renx having sold most for 5.6 million profit. The only ones to profit so far! Be pretty amazing if they all succeed.

Presumably they feel the hard miles have been done . As Mills said ‘many landmarks have been passed.’ The final test, can they generate enough sales?

Well they havnt allowed much for it, nor the ambition to double revenue by 2030. To off set that though is the increase in Nhi. That will take something off the profit, but I would hope the share buybacks and growth would more than account for that. Loads of small bot trades today

Melons falling everywhere. Brada Head (lithium exploration ) down a similar amount. Condor gold down about 50 percent. Melon is down a few million in his own companies, but quite successful investing mainstream. Anic was trading at nearly six times asset value at one stage. Now trades at nearly 4times below assets if figures can be believed. So on the face of it Anic is a better investment. CNR is in a difficult geopolitical place and Brada Head probably needs a lot of investment to get to production in a metal that is out of favour currently. The thing that hacks me off about Anic is the exaggeration about products coming to market. When your are bringing a whole new concept to market and you don’t deliver expect to get hammered. It should be ok long term, but going to be very slow progress getting there it seems. Averaging down is a waste of money. When it falls 50 percent it has to go up 100 percent to get back to where it was. There must be better investments to make the money back elsewhere by diversification imo. Otherwise it’s a classic way to get in too deep, unless you always intended to invest more. Its not your averaging down that will help the share price it’s new investors that will drive the price back up when they see value IMO

SP Angel( house broker) released a 22 page (yes 22 pages) report by Vlad Alexander their healthcare specialist yesterday to rustle up some interest. Seems like the approval we were promised in September may not come till early next year, which Nige conveniently forgot to mention in the 2 page presentation. However should licensing agreement be forthcoming the numbers can be eye watering . Patience being tested to the limit. I think my main concern is being pipped to the post, but also opportunities may widen the horizon. There in is the rub. Which ones to prioritise or will things just open up coincidently. IBS seems to be a relatively new one in the frame. A lot to get one’s head around if you don’t have a medical background like me . N4p do sail close to the wind on the finances but just 1 deal would obviously make things easier and hopefully speed things up.

Should be good for health care and infrastructure. Niox doesn’t have a huge number of staff. Like many Uk companies, Niox will be looking to build business in US predominantly.

Last year. Final results were November 14 th. There will be shares added in November from placing. As Mills said they have met so many landmarks . The Polar Capital bid was a distraction and all the Nasdaq debacle. But the bid one was getting passed

Quite agree Tom. Completely baffled by some of these director trades. Why would Johnson and Mills be buying at 80p, did they over apply to the tender? Nick Mills dad, Chris appears to have reinvested some of his tender at 65p. Probably cant be bothered to wait for a few more pence drop. I’m biding my time as next trading news is about 3 months away. I’ve looked at all my holdings past and present and bar about 2 I cant see anywhere else better to put my tender funds than back in here

Ok big deal. It was ten years since he formed the company 7 years and many placings since he made the same statement as he made yesterday about N4p being ‘an undervalued biotech.’ It is true there are a number of under valued biotechs that started after N4p . The main difference being that have patented products already approved on the market and producing revenue. N4p have been in this position with patented products awaiting clinical trials that came to nothing despite his determination to create value for shareholders. So far he has got through about 12 million and as yet we are still some way off reaching commerciality. Trying to tell investors it is undervalued is distinctly lacking credible evidence. That could change. It certainly needs too.
