Wouldn’t be surprised if redemptions are hurting stocks again. That and the space bubble that will almost certainly burst after crazy valuations and FMO. Interestingly Gevais says he is begging companies not to accept silly takeover offers ie like 81p for Niox. It’s was great to get a takeover for Ancr recently, most of which I put in here, but it will be worth double the offer price in a couple of years. Gervais hinted this having multi bag potential. Needs quite a few more ducks to line up but if they do that is not impossible. The great thing about that is they don’t need hardly any capex spend for that to happen and can carry on giving us a share in profits whilst we wait. This is an essential service.

There we go inline results, no dividend . Another one of the dwindling decent Aim stocks taken out way short of potential. No wonder the Uk market is the worst performer in the world.

I guess it depends where you are on the entry scale. Dividend of 6 percent is hard to resist. Gresham seems to have hung on through thick and thin waiting for a takeover. I only returned recently believing that the shares are on the the oversold side, with a great dividend, improved inflows, hopefully improved management. There is a lot of mid priced shares out there. Potentially this is one of them and will get noticed as a buy out op or simply by the SP rerating. Gl

The nav has fallen again slightly so the disparity of the premium remains . The way I see it is this is a different kind of dilution to raise money to invest more without actual gearing or placing. In theory if space x knocks the ball out of the park then they will have another new valuation. So say the shares went to £15 or £16 as a result of IPO. Why not wait to do the issue of treasury stock then? On the other hand if it bombed (unlikely) it won’t be so good. Seems bananas to keep issuing stock to try and get parity. I think they did it before with Tesla another great mystery of the stock market. At the moment it looks like that are chasing the price down to raise more money to invest, relying on a bounce from the IPO to pull it back up. All vey clever I’m sure. Japan failed to hang on to 60,000 last night after record revenue growth particularly lead by semi conductor infrastructure and Ai. Really makes me wonder about BG fund managers abilities. Whilst Japan hits new records of tech business BGS sits on almost half its value of 5 years ago. Answers on a postcard to BG!

They have issued 3 million 400 thousand of them raising about £45 million so far. They want to raise up to £250 million. Doesnt seem much point in buying . If you bought at £14.45 or £14.25 or £14.11 the three issue prices must be a bit peed off.. its like having an overhang without a finite end. I sold mine to put else where . If we were just going to sit tight till the IPO was done would have been fine. Probably got this upside down but looks overly complicated and more risky than it need be.
