Seems to be that this is one of those rarer incidents where the consolidation has actually helped in stabalising the sp a little and raising the profile. Not so sure the likes of John Lee would have been as interested preconsolidation. In old money we might not be so happy as this is still only around 4.5p and the when it was actually at that price it is unrecognisable to the company today. There was a smallish placing at 3.5p to help fund the acquisition of Optivite in 2009, but that aside a rerating cant be too far off. It was always suggested the company was worth 6p in those days, which I think it briefly hit for a day or so. That would put todays sp at £1.38. I would hope it gets there this year and with a change in sentiment quite a bit further than that if things continue as they have been. The house broker set quite a realistic target of 1.4 but that could well be upgraded too. Ramp over! I tell it how it is. It is odd how we have completely disappeared off topic over on iii. continue to unload below 5% now. the diposals are never published so assume they have to be fed back into the market in doses which will continue to depress. Wonder whether we wll see another rns about the big private holders increasing their stake. Presumable lloyds hoping for total clearout. Quite a loss for them, not us. Prats

Some hefty buys today which presumably are motivated by the well respected views of Mr Lee, who clearly has the nose for where the money is or will be. He did'nt get to be the first person to have million quid in his isa by luck alone. I would'nt be expecting this to fly either, but it is clearly still undervalued on fundamentals, but on prospects its ridiculously cheap. It has taken its time. They did have a few difficulties way back. The flooding when they had a warehouse by the thames. Has undergone something of a transformation since then. More inhouse production with larger capacity, new premisis. recent acquisition into a smaller profit making company opertational in China and divestment of sports fishing company. The sp has still not done much to recognise this transformation, and maybe the figures still dont excite. However in the current world economy I think their performance is exceptional and when sentiment and prospects start to really show I would expect this to seriously take off. I would say that having been in for six years with a fairly small but steady return. I cant think of many stock that have actually performed this well over that period without heavy trading. have been happy and intrigued to sit on this topping up occaionally.

Great post. No big promises but underlining the fundamentals, with increased capacity production potential at no real cost now to take care of future growth. USA sounds exciting too. Might not be the usual billion dollar biotech bubble and burst company, but slow and steady will do me in this market.
