Firstly I think questions need to be asked about the purchase of ATI. Why did Musgrove part with £11 million for company that appears to be worthless. They have never mentioned it once since the takeover. Perhaps the former director would like to hand back to NOP the shares received in part payment, not that they are worth much now anyway. There is press speculation that Damille have issued an ultimatum to NOP board to get things moving or else they will table an offer. According to DM that used to happen on a daily basis anyway. Doubt it so much now. If Damille want it that much I would have thought they would get on with it. It seems all now hinges on Gyan, so basically we have about the same value as wsx contrary to TW blathering rubbish as usual. We could be worth £1 if Gyan is successful and one of the partners is prepared to buy us out. Otherwise its all pie in the sky bull****e that we've been given for the last six years while they have paid themselves handsomely for the destruction of shareholder value in complete contradiction to their annual statements.
