Following a Distribution Committee meeting of the Company held earlier today, the Distribution Committee have resolved to return to Shareholders 9.5 pence per Share by way of a bonus issue of B Shares to Shareholders on the Company's register on the record date of 16 September 2013. The Company's Shares will be marked ex-payment on 18 September 2013.

Glad you are still about. Apologies for my occaissional outbursts of frustration. Just annoyed that I did'nt give this the old heaveho like they guy who ran the Active trust fund way back. Admitedly they were winding up the trust, but he obviously had an inkling of what was going to happen to aim and nop in particular, having jumped ship just before the placing fiasco, along with all the other fiascos! I still think there are possibilities of £1.00 plus especially with some kind of result from Gyan without spending too much more money. I dont know that the new board will ultimately be able to make a radical change, just hope we get a more honest and detailed appraisil of nop's prospects. It will be interseting to see how high our tactical buyer is prepared to go. Anything over 10k purchase seems to have a marked effecet on the sp, but I suppose there maybe quite a few sellers from the sub 30p brigade. Unfortunately any further investment from me at those prices in a seemingly functionless management was just not worth the risk All is not lost I hope

Nop are at the end of the first gyan drill campaign and need a strike to make the first one viable. No body is likely to bid for $20 million which is basically it, unless gyan compes up. We are waiting on dutch asset sale which is looking less likely by the day. They have got nowhere in Italy despite mugrove's many assurances to the contrary and blew £11 million on a completely valuless takeover, but his mate seem to do better than us out of it and is now the biggest shareholder in NOP. Laughable.
