Thanks, so from that they sold out purely because the stroke trial failed. It says nothing about them interpreting this as SFX having no effect on anything though - did you just make that bit up?

Well they were completely wrong in that interpretation as it's since been found to be effective in humans in breast cancer.

I didn't report your post Happy, but you did say results during Q1 which is not correct - I guess this is what they were referring to?
Also note a lot of SNG people seem to be very sensitive about other companies in the field. Not sure why they have this apparent insecurity though, presumably because of the huge market cap discrepency?

My guess is that a majority of holders will apply for their full entitlement i.e. the 1/11th of holding, so there's not going to be much of the 12M to go around. No doubt some will apply for large amounts of excess, if their holdings are not currently very large perhaps.
Personally I already hold far more of these than I should have. I'll probably apply for the entitlement but not sure about excess yet - we'll see how other investments fare over the next week.

I'm very surprised they haven't announced 100 patients yet. I didn't think they were allowed to delay price-sensitive news, placing or no placing? I suppose you could argue going from 89 to 100 isn't in itself price-sensitive? I.e. we know the DMSB assessment won't be for another 3-4 weeks or so.

Should be an RNS to say 100 patients recruited tomorrow I think. They seem to get the recruitmen figures as of Monday each week going by previous RNSs.

The muddy waters are caused by investors reading Vlad's personal tweets and trying to interpret everything tweeted as something related to HEMO.
There's a simple solution if you find this is afflicting you - unfollow Vlad.

Doesn't quite work though does it. If the SP stayed at 10p you'd make a 25% return on you 1/11th shares (as you would have done without the short position). If it drops to 8p you make on the short, BUT you lose 11 x more on your original shareholding lol.

Ghoud how about
1) The shareprice didn't go down 11%
2) Nobody is concerned about 7m shares (~1.5% dilution)
3) Investors are not selling because of it (in fact they are buying)
