Wonder if the spread-betters are still liquidating (ref. 'protected portfolio' transactions) - we know they had a few % 'holding' in this stock. I know EVG wasn't on 'the list', but if other positions need increased margins they are probably having to reduce others as well to pay for it. Or maybe even 'taking their bat home' in disgust at the whole thing.

That may be true Patryk, but people do buy/sell SHG based on even very-short-term movements in the POG. You can see this watching the trades in conjunction with the POG.

The sagging POG might be having an effect as well.

We should find out tomorrow I believe.

SSB - glad I sold my BRH last week, not at the top but well above the current price.

Current LOAC price works out at about 125p per DDDD stock if I’m not mistaken. So bought a few LOAC and considering going in for more. Any catch?

You are quite right, very large potential upside and limited downside here especially with the £12m raise.
And here we have multiple shots on goal as they say.

I suspect it only affects you if you spreadbet via IG Index. Could mean they can't offset the bets in the market, but that doesn't seem to be the case here as it's got plenty of liquidity.
