Well the board here might not have piled in in the recent placing, but at least they haven't been selling millions like smirking tw.t Erik Zurrin and fellow c.nt of a director over at SHG. Just what you want to see on a Friday!

Exciting few weeks ahead as we look forward to updates on the ARDS trial.

Interesting the explorer IRR is valued at not much less than SHG. Maybe Shanta should just stop producing and become a pure explorer again - the sp might go up?!

Are MM's faking a weak bid to worry out small PI sells to fill larger orders? Seems like this approach takes a bit of time and would only work if you knew no news was going to come out for a week or so to rock the boat. Has Huw given nods and winks to the chosen few?

There's no evidence of any selling on that list, apart from Griffiths which we know about.
Assuming all increases were in the placing, then it accounts for about 66m of the 125m placing shares, leaving 59m unaccounted for. These could be PIs or holders below 3%, but from what I have read elsewhere it is more likely to be the latter i.e. smaller fund holdings/professionals.

At least 5 TR-1 RNS's due by my reckoning.

Both Chelverton and RAB are UK-based so we should be seeing TR-1s for their >3% holdings.

Very interesting. Maybe Chelverton and RAB's TR-1's are on the way, or are they foreign based and so the threshold is 5% for them?
AXA Framlington and Seneca have increased significantly - at least doubled, to maintain their % holding.
Mercia and TS may have just been dilulted below 3% by the placing, but we should be seeing TR-1s either way.
