Just a few (very) stale bulls who have held for donkeys years on the oil interests (when it was GBP) and don't seem to have noticed this had a complete management change and new strategy over a year ago.

They are trying to farm it out / JV it to a third party Bobby, so the other company will do the work and earn probably a majority interest while GEO gets on with its core interest which is Juno. There's nothing misleading about it as far as I'm concerned.

It does seem like, despite all the photos and videos from the site etc. that some still don't believe Juno exists lol.

Spike we are drilling Juno as we speak, with none other than Callum Baxter leading it. No idea how you can think it sounds like a 'rinse & repeat of PEL94'!

There has also been a complete change of management since the last renewal Spike, so it wouldn't be surprising if the timing was different.

Exactly, as i said yesterday it can only be a hit piece designed to make GEO look bad (or the others look good).

So either they are deliberately lying to try to make GEO look bad compared to the others or they didn't even do the most basic research.

- No mention of Callum Baxter whereas the geologists were mentioned for the other companies

- Completely false statement that oil is no longer part of their mission statement

Just a slight caveat to that they did drill a water bore hole first so the actual drlll proper didn't take 14 days to reach 400m, however it could well be the case that our drill crew will need a water bore hole too.

Just going by the example of Buxton on the ASX, they commenced a 1000m drill in July and estimated it would take 3-4 weeks.

After 14 days they reported they had reached 400m.

I don't think it's as fast as some seem to think, which is no bad thing in my view - better to take their time and do it properly.

I doubt it's anywhere near that deep yet. Figures of 40-60m/day have been mentioned on here. so following those it will be around 300-400m by now.
