There is a typo in that news release in the licence number in one place (3744 instead of 3734). It is nothing to do with the Juno project. A glance at the map shows this is hundreds if not thousands of km away.

Just to correct you on one thing Dicko, it's around 200m where they switch to diamond core according to the 28/8 RNS.
