By the time it reaches the product stage they will have received a lot more than the $1m funding:

- Additional $500k-$1m funding
- Separate distribution agreement tbd
- Separate manufacturing agreement tbd
And probably most important this is a collaboration, so both companies will be working together to advance Hu-PHEC with a mutual interest in seeing it happen.

This deal looks pretty exceptional for what is still an early stage product.

The antibody side is the more advanced project and the main one people invested for so lets see what kind of a deal they can do with that.

Yes we want them to be working 24 hrs if possible to complete the well sooner, but I guess the point is they can choose to only work daytime on days where the night is too cold and due to it being a turnkey contact that wouldn't affect the cost to MATD.
