Actually reads like they had diversified risk and have done nicely off other aspects of their portfolio. The way this was initially reported I think everyone was led to believe they had all their eggs in one basket. Not so and RevB actually represented a small percentage and now thats been derisked to a smaller percentage.

"At the end of July, Revolution Beauty made up 1.9% of the concentrated portfolio’s NAV. But based on the closing price of 25.6p on 18 August, that had dipped to 0.7%, making it the smallest holding in the portfolio."

Overall the positions are now down to 1.65% total and the BR drop under the 0.5% public showing of positions.

Looks like BR used the engineered drop on Friday to accelerate their closure and scoff up anything going. Agreed it looks like a statement of fully exiting. Done very nicely post the bid process with algo's and totally derisking prior to results.

Don't forget Matt Moulding's £821,000 share purchase at 70.2p and Lord Allens £1M purchase at 86.27p

The question is how many have they also picked up and hold "long" ahead of results and will they algo it back up for more profit.

Probably the most undervalued stock on the market right now.

You are paying good money for a financial service Okehurst which is to audit the accounts within the regulatory frameworks and comply with the time frames, so for the delivery of a quality service and on time. If however BDO were short staffed or they themselves are being supervised and that is a cause of the delay then you should have recourse. BDO were late with Lookers, with Ted Baker, ourselves and probably many more.

Its the same as purchasing any other goods or services.

Well RevB have only been listed for 11 months so haven't switched to BDO since listing. So we should get a pucker audited set of results with the FRC in all probability supervising BDO's auditing.

Question is if this in part accounts for the delay do we have legal recourse to BDO for the late delivery of the results and fall in the share price.

Bit more meat. Brought in 350 additional staff says at some point they were short.
