It has been a good time for suspension for it gets all the issues and staff clearouts and replacements out the way under the new brooms and with any issues either fully resolved or a good way down the road to being so.

No doubt in my mind that the Finance Chief knew what was going on when he departed and Minto and possibly a few other complicits should in due course face sanction for what has gone on and a downward valuation in the pricing of Medichem should help. Minto and others you would also think will face penalty for the statements issued to the market to the effect that they were not aware of any reasons for the delay in the accounts and need for a more rigorous audit.

That said I was expecting the outcome to be far greater than £9Million which as a percentage of revenue does not seem that great compared to the percentage of share price fall. Boohoo also silently biding its time with a 25% shareholding only serves to add to the appeal here as its says takeover waiting to happen. Would not surprise me if they approach Minto and maybe Allsworth for their shares. Cross the 30% threshold and its game on.

Pretty reassuring also that side issues apart there is a highly solid business underneath it all.

I personally don't think it will be too long before Boohoo bid.

You would also think naked shorting has to be a direct product of two things, one of which was highlighted in the clip, namely moving things offshore which makes it difficult to identify.

The second imo has to be Direct Market Access. You or I invest or sell and we always face the checks and balances of either having the funds or stock in your account account. That plus physically having to login and key in details each time you wish to buy or sell. Perhaps not so rigorous with DMA and hence creating a world whereby the algo and play and flourish.

If the company though, in this case THG, has a high amount of cash on the balance sheet (and isn't going bust) and is transforming to broadly breakeven and profitability, has already had 3 bids which it rejected at 170p, is split into seperate divisions and has a GS which expires in September then I would suggest you use it to your advantage.

In the interim we await news on the signing of the next "whales" and £1B GMV being added to THG Ingenuity's numbers.

I'm still watching Burberry. It missed its forecast by 50%. Spun differently by the media. Not one post on the bulletin board since its update on the 18th Jan and the share price is actually up.

Good to see MyProtein in Asda's and merchandised quite well.

But to be honest this share price should never have had a share price and a market cap under the cash, equivalents and finance available on the balance sheet. Beauty and Nutrition as stand alone businesses should reveal themselves as highly profitable and should in due course reveal themselves as such. Both assist in funding the Capex to expand THG Ingenuity but that is coming to an end.

I think from the RNS two days ago THG commit to forward buying their Whey quarter by quarter.

Any sense then the Buying Department will be committing to forward buying the next quarter for April delivery, and for July and September delivery.

Would be nice to see a bit of underpromise and over delivery for the year ahead.

Pearls I ordered several parcels prior to Christmas from both Lookfantastic and MyProtein, as mentioned on here, and the ones I received all arrived within 2 days, and were all delivered by EVRI and not Royal Mail.

£640M cash and facilities on the THG balance sheet into broadly breakeven year this year and into profitability next year. Nearing the end of Capital expenditure, Whey prices reducing, cost reductions and the chop / sale of loss making units makes it an easy decision.

Mr Moulding needs to get his plan together come April or I suspect you might see some activity from the other side of the Atlantic in advance of his Golden share expiring.

All 3 (THG included) seem to be City playthings and volume and profit creators.

It's a share price which bears no resemblance to the the business itself.

Beauty and Nutrition are both highly profitable arms of the business and I suspect several other aspects of the business are likewise. Those that are not are already being actioned as per RNS. On top of that a large proportion of those divisions profitability and substantial monies received from Softbank are and have been ploughed back into the business to automate and to grow and expand THG Ingenuity.

Yet you have a share price that yesterday morning was worth less than the cash and finance available on its balance sheet. Simply Ludicrous.

Rather than focussing on the positive achievements it gets unduly treated as a FUD / FOMO share for gain imo by both the market makers and hedge funds and whereby some newspaper articles (ome placed) carry more weight on the share price than 3 months hard graft in testing times to deliver record sales figures. A 30% compared to a 3% rise at Burberry just ices what I am talking about.

Anyway shouldn't be too long before they publish figures for the individual divisions and then people (and predators) will be able to see the individual worth of divisions.

Fud has diminished. Just need to wait for next company news, next Fomo event, or an active investor to show or capital event.

## NEARLY 700 POSTS ON THE LSE BULLETIN BOARD YESTERDAY.

Share price ended down 14 points or nearly 23% yesterday followed by another 8% fall this morning. 31% fall at one point.

Of course there are many other variables that could be compared but it simply serves to highlight how different companies get a more favourable read than others and Hedge Funds tend not to target shares with limited numbers of posts large for they can fuel FUD and assist in crashing the price to create the volume they need.

Vast profits made on the way down and the same on the way back up.
