TBH if you are using the fundamentals tab above both the number of shares in issue (and present market cap) are out as they haven't added the 120 Million shares that were issued at the last placing. Total ordinary shares in issue is 317,525,000.

Seems to be rising into the next trading update.

By the looks of the RNS just out it looks like Spreadex have been that Overhang selling down here.

Still got over 41 Million shares left if they are intent on selling them all, unless of course they have a figure someways in between.

Given THG's recent rises Spreadex should be holding tight. That's why I never trust or have anything to do with spreadbetting firms, with margin calls as they are effectively bookmakers and whom it has to be said can see their clients hands.

You do have to ask yourselves if the Qube analysts are really any good.

There has been so much on Linkedin, by RNS on bulletin boards that instead of investing in the likes of frozen ice-cream their Ice Qube is quickly melting before their very eyes.

There's been a bit more solidity to the share price these last few days and the contract wins seem to be rolling off a conveyor belt at the moment.

The present CEO appears that bit more dynamic than the previous at winning orders, that starting with that big slice of the €13 Billion Dutch / German offshore wind contract with Hitachi and also since then 3 further contracts:

The Lithuanian Refinery upgrade

The $1.5 Billion EPC in Algeria

The further $700M EPC contract

The share price doesn't properly reflect the large share of the €13Billion wind farm contract let alone the others and reassuringly the bid pipeline shows no signs of abating.

Can't be too long to reporting season again in the US and UK and Aviva normally one of the robust at delivering performance. dyor

With what Chariot are sat on this should have been a Bank Funded deal and not a Placing in the middle of summer when the demand for oil and gas decreases and so does the oil and gas prices and share prices. So many opportunities also to have raised at much higher prices.

The full forward path of this company has sat stalled whilst waiting for supposed news of the sale of an interest in the Big one. Well over 6 months and not even a peep. Then this smaller scale one one pops up. If they want to get on with any drilling campaign then they will need more money. That is just my thoughts.

Saw the RNS and thought it was the Big one and into a deal with a Major or two. I had a muted reaction when I read it so that about sums it up.

Hopefully better next news.

Shares don't always move when you think they will Oculus. But then they normally do when you are not expecting it.

A BOO compromise and ending of hostilities is worth considerably more than todays rise so far.

THG Beauty had £1235 Million Revenue in 2022.

The more the likes of these Beauty deals and the Nutrition one (like Kevins @ 5X revenue) then the clearer the picture becomes on the Sum of Parts.

HH, those with their holdings in nominee accounts (aka most retail private investors) need to be ensuring that they don't miss any cut off dates and times for registering their votes (as some did @THG) and there shouldn't be any problem with contacting whoever holds your shares and registering your preferences. If the meeting date is set and voting paper is out there shouldn't be any problem.

It is important all do cast their votes if any result is based on the percentage of the votes cast on the day.

Personally I think that a compromise will be reached imminently but I'll be making sure I am covered in any case.

That is indeed the case and that's why you are getting the present sabre rattling to try and get concessions and a resolution prior to it getting there. BOO should be entitled to Board representation due to a 26.6% holding so let them have it.

Irrespective, another full day of business continued today with production, distribution and selling of very reasonable priced and good quality products by REVB and through affiliated websites and bricks and mortar retail.

2 Directors having very recently bought 2 Million shares between them with their own cash will do me for an indication of how they see things.
