To answer your question HE1 should have about £5.5 Million to £6 Million after the recent £4.7 Million placing monies and with the monies saved off the Itumbula drill being quicker than anticipated.

This guy turned a previous 20M company into a 3.5 Billion takeover target, and is aiming to do the same in far quicker time @Noble. Mentions Helium 1. How initial estimates were conservative. Now X6 Multiple on the Gas cap which they are looking to monetise asap. Key thing they are working at at the moment is sourcing "fit for purpose" equipment - Off take partners offering to fund the Downstream Capex - Mbelele is only 1 of 10 leads in only 1 of 4 basins.

That's very similar to ourselves with the Itumbula find and all the plays that HE1 has on 3 seperate basins.

Just looking at the chart as well, the share price is actually back to where it had just started to rise after the Target Depth reached RNS and well off the 3.2p that it reached on the 4.7% helium and 2.2% Hydrogen RNS.

Silly pricing and somebody has undoubtedly been filling their boots the last 3 days imvho

I bought several today as its the half price sale at the moment and if you had said to me just a week ago that I would be able to pick up Helium2 shares this week at 1.2p - 1.25p knowing what we all know then I'd have snapped your hand off.

The size of the prize for us at Itumbula hasn't changed. 4.7% Pure Helium, 2.2% Gold Hydrogen on top. Free flowing to surface. Up there with other top tier commercial producers. No dirty gases in the mix either.

Then you have Noble Helium, 70km just up the road in mining terms, having drilled through effectively the same geology though shallower and just look at their results off their Mbelele 1 and Mbelele 2 wells. 2.48% Helium. Free flowing gas cap and 2 super sized Helium reservoirs. (And they're after a RIG, one of which we have hot stacked)

Redundancies at 2 subsidiaries, Vivek throwing in the towel but on the other hand some new business written (Ethihad, Jimmys etc).

I'm probably more interested in where the share price heads post results. Normally it heads up prior then it is caused to dip prior to results and normally after irrespective of the content of results. If so you would expect it about now. If not then maybe it goes up post results irrespective of what results are. Strange and all sorts of things happen on manipulated shares.

If it goes down though or stays about the same then I'm fully expecting a AGM challenge off the Active Investor.

Maybe the order of RNS's was out of sync vagabond but it still doesn't change the asset they have in Itumbula and the size of the prize on the full Rukwa basin and on which we are sat on a world class asset.

It just gave everyone who saw it rise to 3p plus, the chance to get in at 1.25p to 1.35p.

Don't be surprised if the next RNS is either that they have hired out the Rig to Noble Helium or some form of Detailed Analysis and Resource estimate.

Zilch has changed for HE1 except the price.

But our near neighbours Noble look like they have hit the jackpot

The price have dipped but the assets HE1 are sat upon certainly haven't.

Itumbula is a World Class Pure Helium asset of 4.7% free flowing to surface, unstimulated and in a basin that is awash with Helium and they also have Gold Hydrogen on top. Just look at what Noble just reported last week, and only 70 km away and same geology.

Why farm in when you get gifted the company for a song.

Just look at how Nobles resource estimate on its gas cap multiplied x 6.
