The Petroleum Act you refer to only applies to Petroleum and its derivatives. Thats why its called the Petroleum Act

It does not apply to Helium.

You only need to read the first couple of Paras of the act you plonker

Joe mate that post is a factually inaccurate and completely incorrect post on 2 fronts.

I know the exact details and it is significantly lighter than you suggest but I'll allow you the time to delve through copious pieces of literature and find them for yourself.

Secondly it will be nowhere near 2 years until production. Thats at both Helium 1 and at Noble who look like they might pip us across the production line first. We'll be a close second.

All those listed things btw are actually common sense levers that any company should and could be doing to resurrect its share price. Yet we don't seem to be interested here.

How does that all change IF Kelso table some No confidence resolutions at the AGM and with replacement candidates.

Lets not forget that the share price is just about 1/3 of the lowest Bid price for the full group - thats 2 years ago - and when that "significantly undervalued" THG. That's a 170p bid back then against what is 59p now.

Kelso paid 54.5p each for the 5 Million they have remaining and virtually not one bit of their efforts to try and resurrect the share price has been embarked upon.

I guess if you combine Noble Heliums Gas Cap and their Lake Beds reservoir results along with He1's 4.7% Helium results and all the other pointers, and combine it along with the phrase its a "Unique Helium Producing System Unlike Anything Else in The World"

That makes it a world beater.

Keep that message going Shaun and it should only be a matter of time before the big players start arriving for JV's and to farm in to the prime acreage.

They're all sat in a huddle in a corner somewhere and taking turn at the keyboard and popping their head up when the sp starts to oscillate back. After a few days of virtually no shares traded @ Klso a little movement upward in volume and price.

I'll go for MM trying to get over that 10% level.

Nothing is moving the share price, results are due in a month and then its home stretch for the next AGM at a fraction of all Bids rejected.

The fall has actually given everybody the chance to load up on half price shares yesterday and just above the recent £4.7M placing price, so still 0.9p of upward mileage still there to recent trading range.
