Kelso believes in Ingenuity's model and its long term future and that the demerger will be highly beneficial for Ingenuity, as well as for THG Beauty and MyProtein as the remaining parts of THG. Kelso believes that the value of the two remaining businesses are each worth more than the current market capitalisation of THG.

Kelso is also supportive of the placing announced today and pleased with the board's speed of execution and decisive action. Kelso intends to participate in the placing."

I have it as appealing to Apollo to merge with its recent Evri purchase.

Frasers Group we know are in the market and several years off planning approval before building a massive Campus near Ansty.

Or could the double bluff be Kelso's SPAC Selkirk Group being utilised for a seperate listing.

At 52p I think I'll hang in there for the demerger or takeover, then Sum of Parts value to be realised and then ESCC category listing and tracker funds buying in.

Seems to be a lot of similarities with what GXO do if you wan't to scroll through the tabs but interestingly there is predatory interest out there for what they have to offer.

Just to put the cat right amongst the pigeons with those thinking THG Ingenuity wouldn't be appealing for a takeover or demerger.

GXO - one very large fulfilment and logistics compant the subject of takeover interest plus now exploring its options.

They incidentally just took over Wincanton in the UK for £762M around the end of April this year.

Approximately four hours later, two additional projectiles reportedly detonated within 0.27 nautical miles of the vessel’s port side.
