There’s a possibility of a deal this year for P140?

I said since September that I was hopeful of something by July but was clearly over optimistic. Is 10p a possibility within 12 months? It’s red or black now.

I wonder what Tim is expecting to announce to maintain the share price above 8p? Currently the income from the deal is looking dire and will mean another dilutive cash raise will be needed. I think we could end up with a 2 bob deal with their current partner, hopefully could get it to 10P though.

Ocelot those last few words from Carlos gives me great confidence of the terms of the loan. Clearly he is confident of this being positive for shareholders.

Even a mcap of £50m is ridiculously low so we should see further upside.

What are the thoughts on the opening price upon relisting? I’m expecting that they will have one new loan for the total debt of £30m and their cash pile will remain intact to allow further investment in new wells and / or acquisitions. The interest rate will almost certainly be lower and, with cashflow doubling, they will be well placed to pay it down in a short timeframe.

I am hoping for 1p which should be a minimum if no dilution and that I am correct with the significant cash pile.

Should be in the 3’s very soon. Expect it will settle around 2p until we get some news later in the year. Worrying thing for investors is that the Lanstead confetti deal is only going to be worth £1-2m therefor another placing is inevitable.

That was a good line Roger … the one about lanstead approached saying ‘you’re undervalued what other crap do you have that we can invest in’. That’s one of the funniest things I’ve heard for a long time. This company really is a circus show yet some (very few to be fair) actually hang on to some hope.

Why would they congratulate me when I predicted their losses and they didn’t listen ? They are humbled and of course adoring, but they ain’t going to admit that. Think it’s called denial.
