I always said late Q2 for a 20p deal. Still possible although 50/50 at best now imo.

@rebarm, they do it out of complete desperation. Waste of time. Maybe they should ask her about the dire share price and clear downward trend.

@Vik what then couldn’t the explanation for Tim’s very clear statement that a deal could land in September, vis a vis a now 7 month vacuum? There’s overzealous and downright negligent, where does it sit ?

No doubt the product but clearly doubt about its readiness and value. Those cringeworthy interviews have had the opposite of the intended effect imo.

It’s almost certainly not good Mike. No reason for it to take this long if it were anywhere close the hyped product. Those September interviews were cringeworthy at the time, now looking like something altogether different. Must be a very concerning time for shareholders.

BeepBeep I am not saying 30p. I always said 20p possible later this year but I am now more bearish as it seems clear to me that no deal is going to be done. My expectations are a P3 trial to try and make a success of it and possibly funded by Avion. A placing in the next couple of months to ensure that they have cash to last in to next year and then it is all hope. Certainly not looking good but there is still a chance of survival and a form of deal once P3 completes successfully. That’s my opinion and hard to contest it, innit.

Do you think that’s why Pharmas who rushed in the door in September (Tim’s words) seem disinterested in concluding a quick deal (as intimated by the same Tim). What I can categorically tell you is that it doesn’t take any more than a few weeks (most likely days) to formulate a valuation and bid. Therefore, what have the daydreamers to say about the fact it has taken now fully 6 months (yes 180+ days) and still no offer. Bear in mind these same Pharmas had been closely reviewing the proposition prior to the patent application (the lad Tim’s words).

My view? The magic was more Paul Daniels than Dynamo. I personally believe discussions remain at an early stage and not progressing as we would all have hoped. Just my opinion but I haven’t been wrong about anything else yet.

Ah ok so we have enough cash until end of September? Meaning we run out completely by then yeah? Before we know it, it’s April so we have 6 months until they don’t have a bean. At what point, do you think, they will raise more funds? The longer they leave it, the lower the price. If they leave until Q2 I expect it could be in the 2p range, on the assumption the slide continues in the absence of news. That is of course if anyone is brave enough to give them cash.

Interesting times for sure, literally a boom or bust punt with the latter more likely than the former imo.

BeepBeep I still think they might get a deal later in the year and 20p still in my sights. 30p was my absolute optimistic view but that is gone now. Survival is the key in the medium term with cash running out and some form of deal later. Could be that they need to conduct successful P3 trials before any deal done but hopefully not as that will push it to 2028.

Time will tell I guess
